Breast feed your babies. There is no substitute.
BREASTMILK She thought she was studying milk. What she uncovered was a conversation. In 2008, evolutionary anthropologist Katie Hinde was working in a primate research lab in California, analyzing breast milk from rhesus macaque mothers. She had hundreds of samples and thousands of data points. Everything looked ordinary—until one pattern refused to go away. Mothers raising sons produced milk richer in fat and protein. Mothers raising daughters produced a larger volume with different nutrient balances. It was consistent. Repeatable. And deeply uncomfortable for the scientific consensus. Colleagues suggested error. Noise. Statistical coincidence. But Katie trusted the data. And the data pointed to a radical idea. Milk is not just nutrition. It is information. For decades, biology treated breast milk as simple fuel. Calories in. Growth out. But if milk were only calories, why would it change depending on the sex of the baby? Katie kept digging. Across more than 250 mothers and over 700 sampling events, the story grew more complex. Younger, first-time mothers produced milk with fewer calories but significantly higher levels of cortisol—the stress hormone. The babies who drank it grew faster. They were also more alert, more cautious, more anxious. Milk wasn’t just building bodies. It was shaping behavior. Then came the discovery that changed everything. When a baby nurses, microscopic amounts of saliva flow back into the breast. That saliva carries biological signals about the infant’s immune system. If the baby is getting sick, the mother’s body detects it. Within hours, the milk changes. White blood cells surge. Macrophages multiply. Targeted antibodies appear. When the baby recovers, the milk returns to baseline. This was not coincidence. It was call and response. A biological dialogue refined over millions of years. Invisible—until someone thought to listen. As Katie reviewed existing research, she noticed something unsettling. There were twice as many scientific studies on erectile dysfunction as on breast milk composition. The first food every human consumes. The substance that shaped our species. Largely ignored. So she did something bold. She launched a blog with a deliberately provocative name: Mammals Suck Milk. It exploded. Over a million readers in its first year. Parents. Doctors. Scientists. People asking questions research had skipped. The discoveries kept coming. Milk changes by time of day. Foremilk differs from hindmilk. Human milk contains over 200 oligosaccharides babies can’t digest—because they exist to feed beneficial gut bacteria. Every mother’s milk is biologically unique. In 2017, Katie brought this work to a TED stage. In 2020, it reached a global audience through Netflix’s Babies. Today, at Arizona State University’s Comparative Lactation Lab, she continues reshaping how medicine understands infant development, neonatal care, formula design, and public health. The implications are staggering. Milk has been evolving for more than 200 million years—longer than dinosaurs walked the Earth. What we once dismissed as simple nourishment is one of the most sophisticated communication systems biology has ever produced. Katie Hinde didn’t just study milk. She revealed that nourishment is intelligence. A living, responsive system shaping who we become before we ever speak. All because one scientist refused to accept that half the story was “measurement error.” Sometimes the biggest revolutions begin by listening to what everyone else ignores.

WHO chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus blames higher rates of cancer and heart disease on the "climate crisis". 🤡 Of course, it couldn't possibly have anything to do with those mRNA injections you coerced most of the planet into taking, could it? 🤡

Every single federal judicial vacancy needs to be filled in the lame duck session. The Senate should pull all-nighters for as long as it takes. Democrats wont confirm a single Trump judge once they take over.

There was a missed opportunity to support Ivermectin in Cancer Research and Clinics. Mayo Clinic has a horrible track record and I've saved hundreds cancer patients who barely survived Mayo Clinic's obsolete and subpar Cancer treatments. Probably the biggest missed opportunity of the past 2 years and it was right there for you.

🚨 UPDATE: Cash App just CANCELED its sponsorship of leftist Jennifer Welch's "I've Had It" podcast after she and her co-host LAUGHED on air about digging up Charlie Kirk's body and "doing it again" to him Cash App: "We do not condone violence of any kind, and we are no longer sponsors of this podcast." 💯 Good. A Cash App ad ran right alongside it the DISGUSTING words On air, Welch reads: "Moreau says we're digging up Charlie Kirk. Doing it again!" Then she adds that Charlie "was shot by a MAGA person…White person, white MAGA family," which isn't even TRUE We can't let these people keep winning elections.

🚨Susie Wiles has been FIRED. Meet your new White House Chief of Staff STEPHEN MILLER: “The pressure from the pharmaceutical industry to pump your kids full of shots days after birth with NO understanding of the long-term consequences has been a MEDICAL TRAVESTY.” “We get off of this RIDICULOUS path of having our children get 70 to 90 shots.” "You're going to have immunological issues. You're going to have neurological issues."

I asked Grok what the chances were of 90% of Texas counties flipping from red to blue in 1.5 years were, leaving 6 months for people to start deciding from inauguration day. This was the response. One noventrigintacentillion. That's a 1 (one), followed by 420 zeros. 420 zeros. Even accounting for "muh vote turnout", this cannot be defeated. The number would still dwarf your chances for winning the PowerBall. Wake up, America. You just got roofied, råped, and had a kidney stolen.
Replying to @grok
@grok Statistically speaking, what are the odds of 90% of the counties in Texas spontaneously and completely flipping from solid republican to solid democrat within a 1.5 year period? Math only. No commentary.

EXPLAIN THIS: 2 Million NEW votes showed up in this election and they ONLY came from 5 counties. Mayes Middleton was ahead by 647,903 votes in the 249 of the 254 Texas counties. Then BOOM...2 Million NEW VOTERS showed up Democrat Nathan Johnson in Harris, Dallas, Tarrant, Travis & Bexar counties that had NEVER voted before. This is a Sec of State record. THIS is ballot manufacturing in these 5 counties with illegal voters (don't live in the county, don't live in Texas, don't live on the planet any longer). Here's the breakdown: Statewide totals (unofficial, from the same Texas Secretary of State compilations used earlier): • Nathan Johnson (D): 5,133,629 • Mayes Middleton (R): 4,502,442 Votes in the five counties (Harris, Dallas, Tarrant, Travis, Bexar): • Johnson: 2,639,312 • Middleton: 1,360,222 Results in the remaining 249 counties (statewide minus the five counties): • Nathan Johnson: 5,133,629 − 2,639,312 = 2,494,317 • Mayes Middleton: 4,502,442 − 1,360,222 = 3,142,220 Difference: Middleton led by 647,903 votes in the other 249 counties. A perfectly normal 2 Million NEW votes? MORE than a presidential election? Explain this to me.

This might be the craziest election stat I've seen. Roy Cooper in North Carolina won his U.S. Senate seat before a ballot was cast Tuesday. His early vote total was more than everything Michael Whatley got.

What in the world is going on in Williamsburg City, Virginia? - Active voters: 11,141 - Inactive voters: 1,432 - Voters: 12,573 - Ballots cast: 14,922 - Voter turnout of 118.68%. What a joke.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Official data from the Virginia Department of Elections shows 6,875 ballots cast in Williamsburg City with 53.66% turnout among 12,813 registered voters, not 14,922 ballots or 118.68%. enr.elections.virginia.gov/results/public… enr.elections.virginia.gov/results/public…

I rest my case. The election in Texas was so obviously stolen & it started long before election night.
HOLY CR*P 🚨 Official Election Administration and Voting Comprehensive Report buried all the way on page 193 of the document shows Texas processed 2,900,357 new valid voter registrations between 2022-2024 without proof of citizenship Documented proof of citizenship like birth certificate, passport and naturalization papers is not required at the time of voter registration in Texas 56.5% of Texas voter registration were classified as “new valid registrations.” This is extremely suspicious that 55% of Texas voter registrations were “new”

🚨 TEXAS ELECTION UPDATE: THE NUMBERS ARE NOT ADDING UP! 🚨 The more information that comes out about Tuesday’s election in Texas, the more questions I have! We’re now seeing claims of a 25% shift to the LEFT across Texas, along with reports that EVERY SINGLE COUNTY shifted toward Democrats! I’m sorry, but how does that make sense?! We’re talking about statistical improbabilities, historical voting patterns, and numbers that deserve a MUCH closer examination. A statewide political shift is one thing. But the claim that EVERY county moved in the same direction? That’s something I want to see independently verified and explained! I’m not saying these numbers alone prove election fraud. I’m saying the American people deserve transparency, accurate data, and answers that actually make sense! The more information that surfaces, the more questions we need to be asking. TEXAS, WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED ON TUESDAY?! What do YOU think? Are these numbers believable, or do we need a much deeper investigation? #TexasElections #Election2026 #TexasPolitics #ElectionIntegrity #Midterms2026

🚨 Another red flag is showing up in the midterm election results: They are LYING to us when they say republicans didn’t show up to vote. The numbers prove republicans not only voted like they normally do, but actually gained more voters than previous midterms. 2022 vs 2026 House vote totals (projected): Republicans
In 2022: 54.2M
in 2026: ~55.6M. That’s a 1.4 million gain. Democrats
2022: 51.3M
2026: ~70M. That’s a 19 million gain. Republicans showed up at basically the same level they always do in midterms and actually a bit higher. So it has nothing to do with republicans not showing up to vote. The difference this year is that Democrats added roughly 19 million more votes than they got in 2022, closer to presidential-year levels as if Kamala was on the ballot. Where the heck did they get that many votes from? Biden’s 20 million he let in at the border? That’s the story. Not “Republicans sat out.” In the chart below, notice how the blue trend line is sporadic almost like they were both attempts to stop Trump, while the red trend line has a natural growth? (Total vote projections are based on the remaining ballots holding their current Democrat to Republican ratios of 55% to 43.5%).
🚨 Another red flag showing up in midterm election results. 2022 - only 51.3 million Democrat votes. 2024 - 75 million for presidential election 2026- 70.6 million (based on remaining ballots going 54.9% Democrat as they have so far). This means nearly 20 million more people voted Democrat in 2026 than in 2022 when Biden was president. I didn’t know democrats got more 20 million votes more popular over the last 4 years. How did Trump win in 2024 if that was the case? It also means democrats turned out at near presidential election rates, as if Kamala was on the ballot, which is extremely odd for a midterm election.
