Drop bombs on buildings full of children and the UK will call you an ally.
Express support for activists who try to stop those bombs and the UK will call you a terrorist.

Alabama passed a law, 138 votes to nothing, that makes every phone user in the state prove their age before downloading a single app.
A 45-year-old who wants a news app has to hand ID to Google first. Existing accounts get no pass either. Every one of them must be verified by October 2027.
Teenagers will need a parentβs sign-off to install Wikipedia, Duolingo or a Bible app, and kids without a parent to ask get locked out completely.
Apple, Google and Amazonβs lobby group has now sued to block it on First Amendment grounds.

Prime Minister @andyburnham and Home Secretary @ShabanaMahmood have signed off on this grotesque authoritarianism.
Are you proud of locking up pensioners?
Shame on you both.

ARRESTED WITH SARAH HELM'S WORDS
A woman has just been arrested outside the US Embassy in London for holding a sign with words mirroring the ones that the National Security Advisor's wife tweeted, and for which @metpoliceuk declared "did not meet the criminal threshold".

Hi, I'm free.
Beat up but fine. Police stole my phone. Settlers punched me in the face several times, likely broke @AdeleShoko's wrist and gave @the_andrey_x a concussion. They threatened to shoot us with an assault rifle over and over.
Will tell the full story later, but for now, I just want to be clear about what happened. We witnessed two settlers locking a military gate in Umm al-Khair, blocking the only way to more than twenty Palestinian communities: trapping families inside, preventing students from reaching school and workers from their jobs, blocking delivery of food and access to ambulances, etc.
It's a crime that the military has this ability at all--but last night, we discovered that random settler terrorists also have the key. We confronted them and began asking questions on camera, and they nearly murdered us for it. When the police finally arrived, they arrested Andrey and me and charged us with assault.
The gate is still locked.
βWeβve built software to track Wikipedia editors,β says the head of the ADL.
We have an investigation publishing soon about pro-Israel manipulation of Wikipedia, and he just blurts it out

Hasan Piker banned from entering Britain. Sally Rooney unable to sell her books here. Now Andreas Malm barred from the country.
All for speaking out against Israelβs genocide of the Palestinian people.
This is Andy Burnhamβs Britain.
An authoritarian Labour government that continues to arm a genocide while criminalising those who dare to oppose it.
Shame on them all.

The 50 wealthiest families own more wealth than the poorest 34 *million* people.
The problem is not a pensioner or a young person looking for a job - the problem is wealth inequality.
We need a wealth tax. Now.

Wow. Our petition for a public inquiry into Britainβs complicity in genocide has now surpassed 50k.
We are half way there to forcing a debate in Parliament.
Make it happen by signing the petition now: petition.parliament.uk/petitβ¦

This isn't over. One day, there will be an inquiry into Britain's complicity in genocide - and we will remember those who tried to get in the way of the truth.

The more children Israel kills, the more the official discourse is dominated by the complete fiction that βantisemitismβ is a major problem in Israelβs allied countries.

βGlass is not just another man implicated in the killing of Hind Rajab. He is the man who most likely gave the order to open fire,β said HRF Director General Dyab Abou Jahjah.
The Hind Rajab Foundation has filed an urgent request with the US Department of Justice to investigate, arrest, and prosecute Sean Glass, an Israeli commander who committed war crimes and genocide in Gaza.
Glass commanded the βVampire Empireβ company, which HRF says was responsible for the killing of five-year-old Hind Rajab, members of her family, and the paramedics who tried to rescue them.
The foundation says its investigation places Glass and his troops near Hindβs vehicle during the attack and that he most likely ordered the troops to open fire.
