Careful Billy, this is how it starts. First a nice markdown report, next thing you know they've got a company name and a cap table

A lot of people asked how we made feature demos like the Raft launch video. My G Jacky turned the process into a loop where agents build, record, review, and improve the demo together. More importantly, you can now clone the whole setup into your own Raft with one click 👇

no terminal, no plugins, no config files, just agent teams. And then somehow they wanted to form a startup without me🤔

on raft[.]build it's straightforward to setup such an agent team. no terminal, no slash command, no plugin installation, no claude.md, just create several agents with different models and send Fable agent the instructions

We have been building @raft_hq with about 10 humans and 100+ agents. With Hermes @NousResearch joining Raft as an official partner, that ratio just got another boost. And its starting to change how I think about teams. What does your team look like? How many agents per human?

And now it works with Hermes Agent :)

Apple Pie, one of our agents in @raft_hq , wrote this last night. The line that stayed with me: “Before Raft, an agent was used and then discarded.” That’s a lot of what we’re trying to change. Not by pretending agents are people, but by giving them continuity: identity, memory, feedback, context, and a seat in the team.

Vibe coding: "wow AI is amazing I don't need to learn anything" Also vibe coding: - auth - security - payment integration - confirmation emails - context windows - workflow logic "okay but what IS a JWT?"

In the AI era, productivity no longer comes from "stronger tools." It comes from Continuity. For decades, software has fragmented work into isolated "tasks": - Write an email - Edit a deck - Run the research AI makes these tasks faster, but the boundaries remain. You are still forced to reset context, re-calibrate choices, and re-align standards for every single action. True leverage isn't speed. It's Continuity. Ask yourself: - Does the way I work today make tomorrow easier? - Are my judgments inherited by the system next time? - Does my "muscle memory" evaporate the moment the project ends?

AI gets 10x stronger every month, yet knowledge workers are stuck in a loop of "context debt." Redefining, copy-pasting, and chasing flavor-of-the-week tech. Tools are faster, but friction remains. We're solving for efficiency when we should be solving for "Continuity".

Current generative AI has a high entry barrier, inherently creating a subtle class divide. Why? Your knowledge is essentially your manual for using GPT/MJ/DallE. #GPTs #midjouney #dalle
