Swedish police boarded a dry cargo ship near Gotland. The ships of the company to which it belongs have previously come under suspicion of involvement in Russian intelligence operations.
The crew of the inspected ship consists of Russian citizens. Routes and unusual stops of company’s ships coincided in place and time with the appearance of unknown drones near military facilities in Germany and the Netherlands.
🇸🇪 Swedish police boarded dry-cargo ship Germanica Hav near Gotland.
The vessel is operated by the Norwegian Hav Bulk AS / HAV Shipping Group, which maintains a representative office in Kaliningrad used for crewing. Its vessels commonly sail with largely or entirely Russian crews.
Police publicly characterized the boarding solely as a routine document check and reported no irregularities.

Dans une interview accordée à Reuters le 30 octobre 2026, Iryna Terekh, directrice générale de Fire Point, a confirmé que l'entreprise avait développé des solutions permettant de frapper des objectifs militaires en Russie et dans les territoires ukrainiens occupés, même sans connexion satellite.
Dès leur conception, ces systèmes ont privilégié une navigation autonome, capable de fonctionner sans signaux extérieurs.
Cette avancée prend une importance particulière après les récentes restrictions de Starlink, qui ont perturbé certaines opérations ukrainiennes.

Un tel accès pourrait notamment faciliter la destruction de cibles militaires stratégiques, comme les lanceurs de missiles balistiques russes utilisés pour bombarder l'Ukraine.

The European company Destinus has ramped up serial production of its "Ruta Block 1" cruise missile. According to the company, 1,750 units have been completed, with a monthly production rate approaching 300 units (as of late October 2026).
📍 Production: Primarily in the Netherlands (including proprietary T150 engines, airframes, and avionics). An expansion in collaboration with Rheinmetall in Unterlüß (Germany) is planned.
