Hey while you're watching these NCAA tournament games just remember ALL THESE GUYS WERE HS RECRUITS, at one point.
As a prep school coach, it's my duty to remind coaches that you will eventually/immediately win with good HS kids; players, work like the opportunity is coming.

Wild finish at the Ship! Omari Salvi drills the three with 4.7 seconds to go, then Shippensburg races back the other way to get the and-1 goaltending layup to go on the other end!
However, review waves off the goaltend, Shippensburg can’t hit both, and @TheHillMBB wins it 71-69.

Erik Reynolds II is SOOOOO UNDERRATED.
The St. Joe’s guard has 21 points and is 5-9 from 3 to keep the Hawks within striking distance of Kentucky with 13 minutes left at Rupp.
Billy Lange has an absolute star.

One of College Basketball's premier shotmakers resides in Hawk Hill at Saint Joseph's U. Coming off a breakout sophomore campaign, Erik Reynolds II enters his junior season firmly on NBA radars and as a strong contender for A-10 Player of the Year.
Lethal shooter off the dribble-or-move who exploded for 30+ five times this past season & joined B. Miller + J. Hawkins as the only underclassmen to shoot 38% from 3FG on 260+ attempts.
PnR development and two-way consistency will solidify NBA attention.

A bonafide Atlantic 10 POY candidate in 2023-24.

"Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about. Be kind. Always.”
Three months before his death, Robin Williams was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. But an autopsy later showed that he actually had Lewy body dementia - a devastating brain disease that shares characteristics with both Parkinson's and Alzheimer's. Experts were stunned by how much the disease had ravaged his brain. One doctor said, 'This was about as devastating a form of Lewy body dementia as I had ever seen. It really amazed me that Robin could walk or move at all.'"

Navy SEALs have a saying.
You may find it helpful.
When something sucks, they look at each other and say:
"FULL BENEFIT"
It’s an instant mindset shift.
• Hiking and it starts pouring rain?
• Driving and your car breaks down?
• Working on a project and lost a draft?
FULL BENEFIT.

LESSON: Adversity is an opportunity
The message is simple.
Every adversity is an opportunity.
• To grow
• To learn
• To evolve
• To get stronger
• To become better
These moments forge us if we let them.
The next time you're facing something hard, welcome it.
Work through the process.
Learn the lessons.
Reap the full benefit.
