Saw salt crystallizing under a foldscope @TeamFoldscope.
I used some Nichrome wire to heat up the salt solution on the slide and used power suppley to power the nichrome wire.

I too had found foraminifera in sand from Girgaon chaupati, Mumbai. % of forams in is high. U'll find few in every pinch of sand. #scicomm #science #sciencetwitter
