If Kalaignar were alive, he would have orchestrated a masterclass in narrative control, involving arrests, anticipatory bails, and the total dismantling of Vijay’s credibility before he could even reach a microphone. For his part, MKS was too soft, and frankly, nobody wanted to touch Vijay, likely because they were unsure of their ability to control the fallout or their ability to control the narrative. In the face of such tragedy, his indifference wasn't just a failure of leadership; it was a betrayal of the very soul of the people he claims to represent. He was brutally ruthless and heartless.
