Germiline testing (41-genes) of 500 individuals at high-risk for familial PDAC enrolled in a @AISP_Pancreas national program, led by @Totuccio1983. 44 (8.8%) carried at least 1 pathogenic variant. However, PDAC also seen in mutation-negative subjects.
