🚨BREAKING: The John Lewis Christmas Advert 2026 has become one of the worst reviewed in the stores history
The comments on YouTube have been TURNED OFF
There are currently 5 times the dislikes as there are likes
The Plot:
- Entitled children ignore their Grandmother, won't even hug her
- She tries to give them nice, simple, meaningful toys to play with, they ignore her
- She goes to John Lewis to buy expensive toys
- The kids now love her
It's an awful message featuring a diverse family as always

To everyone who claims to be humane and has a kind heart, there is a child who will die of hunger if milk is not available. Help!
Help how u can and share where possible
Sometimes a small donation means a meal, clean water, or something we desperately need. What may seem small to you can mean so much to us. 🙏

Is it too much to ask for a little milk and diapers to save my starving baby? 💔😭

The more research I do, the more clear it is that #Clayface was likely supposed to be a completely different movie than the one we experienced in theaters. A different prologue sequence, more exploration into Matt and Caitlyn’s relationship, and actual flashbacks of Matt’s origins to explore his psyche and the past he was running away from yet coming back to.
I don’t think this is a Supergirl (2026) situation where we have a director’s cut being tossed out in favor of a studio’s because the test screenings were reportedly really good. I think DC just wanted a shorter movie to ensure more screenings in theaters and guaranteed profit. That’s not a bad thing necessarily as the film was still great, but now I’m left desperately hoping we get an actual extended cut upon digital release.
There’s a richer story here, and DC shouldn’t just settle for acceptable.
