For some reason, several months ago I developed an inexplicable craving for Louisiana-style hot sauce, specifically the minimalist "three-ingredient" type (made with only vinegar, peppers, and salt) with no preservatives.
It's a goofy question, admittedly, but if you like this stuff yourself, which of the three traditional brands do you prefer?
When I referred to the "three traditional brands," to be clear, I thought I'd created a poll with Crystal, Louisiana, and Tabasco, but messed up somehow. That list was limited to those brands only because, if you look on the labels, their only ingredients are vinegar, peppers, and salt.
I very much like others mentioned, but didn't include anything that used additional spices, preservatives, or thickeners (e.g., xanthan gum).
