The new Opportunity Zone map is final 6,576 tracts. Effective January 1 Invest a capital gain into a project in one of these areas, hold ten years, and you pay no tax on the appreciation
Under @POTUS’s leadership, the Working Families Tax Cuts permanently renewed and strengthened Opportunity Zones, giving investors, entrepreneurs, and local leaders the long-term certainty they need to commit capital to communities that have been overlooked for too long. Today’s announcement of the new designations will help direct private investment to these communities, expand economic opportunity, support job creation, and unlock long-term growth in these communities across the country. home.treasury.gov/news/press…

“We were looking for hobby supplies for our daughter and wanted to shop locally but also get a good price. Your Grok Bot called 6 businesses and found everything we needed and negotiated a good price, better than Amazon. We just picked it up and the business owner loved the call. And we have a new local store we did not know about”—X Subscriber My Grok Bot Shopper will shop local and make phone calls for small businesses that don’t list online. Grok Bot, don’t shop without it! Get it: x.ai/bot/eYPh2Q9TsdwAEeWDhRn…
NEW GROK BOT! THE ULTIMATE SHOPPING AGENT! I just saved $50 on a 1TB USB-C storage drive, and I didn't dig through a single coupon site to do it! Grok Bot did! I built what is the ultimate shopping agent on Grok Bot. Here's what it does: 🛍️ Finds the lowest real total. It ranks every option by item price plus shipping, tax, and fees. If it can't confirm a charge, it says the total is incomplete instead of guessing. 🎟️ Tests coupon codes before it shows them. It only reports codes it actually tried and saw accepted, with the source, the savings, and the new total. Fake "verified" codes get thrown out. 📊 Shows every discount and how it applies. That means sale prices against the regular price, store promos, member pricing, free-shipping thresholds, and bundles. Each one comes with its source and the exact price before and after. 🧮 Builds a feature comparison grid. Price, shipping, speed, ratings, durability, and warranty, all side by side across up to 10 options, with product cards and photos. 🚫 Filters out scams. It skips the "$19 2TB drive" listings and sketchy stores you've never heard of. 📞 LOCAL MERCHANT SUPPORT! Calls local shops for you. If you'd rather support a small local merchant, it can phone nearby stores to ask about price, stock, and deals, and then put their quotes in the same comparison. 🔔 Watches sales, prices, and stock. It sets up quiet watches for announced sales, price drops, and restocks, and only pings you when something real happens. 🔒 Never buys without your yes. You see the exact items, total, and terms before anything is checked out. It's my own shopping department, running 24/7. And I made it a template, so you can get your own copy of it. Don't go shopping wiothout it. GET IT HERE: x.ai/bot/eYPh2Q9TsdwAEeWDhRn…

🚨 Trump's economic revolution is staggering - and I had TDS for 7 years. Biased, corrupt media never covered these wins. ✅ GDP grew 3.4% in Q3, beating forecasts and up from 2.2% in Q2 ✅ The Atlanta Fed expects 3.4% growth again in Q4 ✅ Business investment is up 9.4%, the biggest jump since 2020 ✅ Consumer spending is up 3.8% ✅ Layoffs are near record lows, with weekly jobless claims at just 194,000 ✅ Consumer confidence jumped 7.5 points in October ✅ Poverty has hit a record low ✅ Median income is the highest on record ✅ Citizens rather than non-citizens are getting more of the new jobs ✅ Mass immigration has stopped ✅ Violent crime posted its largest annual drop, and the murder rate is tying a multi-decade low ✅ Tax fraud, waste and abuse are ending ✅ MAHA is delivering real change, lower prices and fixing the system Election integrity, tried hard pass The Save America Act. Only to be thwarted by RINOs. 🪙 Trump's Golden Age: 🏭 For the first time in 26 years, the U.S. outproduces Japan in steel 🏗️ The first new U.S. iron ore mine in 50 years, feeding a planned $15 billion Iowa steel mill 🔩 The first new primary aluminum smelter in 50 years, in Oklahoma, which will double U.S. primary capacity once online 🚜 The first U.S.-assembled Volvo excavators are rolling out of Pennsylvania, and John Deere is moving excavator production home 🌾 Potash was named a critical mineral, with a $1.26 billion DOE loan commitment for a new Michigan mine and a USDA-backed Utah project 🧲 Rare earth magnets at scale for the first time in a generation, with a $1.2 billion South Carolina plant breaking ground 💎 Critical minerals reshored, ending 100% import dependence on 15 strategic minerals 🖥️ The first ever complete AI chip supply chain 📈 Manufacturing construction starts are up 20.2% 🔧 Machine-tool orders are up about 37% year to date, the strongest first half since the series began in 1998 🏭 The manufacturing PMI is the strongest since 2022 💰 $18 trillion pledged to restore America's ability to produce at home 🛢️ U.S. oil output tops Saudi Arabia and Russia ⚡ Power plant builds are up 68.5% 🔼 10 new LNG terminals will double export capacity by 2030 ⚛️ 10 new AP1000 nuclear reactors ☢️ Nuclear goes from 100 to 400 GW, quadrupling nuclear power by 2050, with restarts underway in PA, MI and CA Look at Brent crude & WTI after the midterms. Both are already down nearly 10%. Obvious Trump was being intentionally sabotaged with Brent crude (City of London financial elites) and gas prices. I'll take this trajectory over what we had and will have with Democrats. Every. Single. Day. Pass the SAVE America Act.

“AI is a tool for the rich.” It’s $20 a month. Hiring a lawyer is $300 an hour. A tutor is $60. A developer is $10,000 a project. The rich always had access to expert help. AI is the first time everyone else does too.

the CCP watching Democrats kneecap America's AI industry
Top of the Democratic agenda on day 1 needs to be a pause on advanced AI development, regulation of this out of control industry, and a ban on artificial superintelligence.

Sad but true.
We're in a new era of communication, and only one side seems to be living in it. The old guard consultant class is about to be relegated to the dustbin of history. If you think that high prices lost the election for the right, you don't understand marketing. Humans have no problem paying a premium for a good quality brand. Notice the word "brand", not "product". Are Nikes better than New Balance? Nope. But the brand is better. And notice what happened when they tinkered with the brand and screwed their core narrative? Nike stock fell through the basement. Did the product change? Nope. The brand did. It's not the product, it's the brand. Results don't sell the product, the storytelling does. Will these newly-elected commies lower prices? Of course not. Are they gonna get you free healthcare? No, your insurance is gonna get even worse, just like it did the last time they tried socialized medicine. They're not going to do anything they've sold you, but...like Saul Goodman said: if you're committed enough, you can make any story work. The committed storytelling of a couple insane podcasters was enough to fracture an entire political coalition from their own side in less than 2 years...they have zero power, zero credibility, they've never actually governed anything nor produced any results, but...they're good storytellers, and that's all that matters. Are they telling a good story? No, it's atrocious, but they're telling their atrocious story effectively and compellingly. It is 100% true that everything's too damn expensive, and we all know that inflated prices are always sticky. Does anyone know that it's entirely the result of shutting down the global economy over the flu and (both naive republicans and democrats) printing infinity dollars for several years? Nope...because nobody has effectively told that story, and it's an unsexy story to tell. "Free stuff!" is a VERY easy story to tell, and when everyone's gotta take out a second mortgage just to pay their insurance premiums, "free healthcare" is an unbeatable story. It doesn't matter that "free healthcare" doesn't exist and socialized medicine is a terrible product...it's not the product, it's the brand. And "FREE!" is a great brand. You can't get mad at people for having the financial literacy of a 9 year old. I mean, you can, but they outnumber you a million to one, so it's not going to be productive. You need to figure out how to make an unsexy story sexy, or else the "free stuff!" crowd is going to eat your lunch every time. If you give people a choice between earning a six pack on a treadmill or taking Ozempic, they're gonna choose Ozempic...they don't care about the side effects. If you give people a choice between fiscal discipline or free stuff...guess what they'll pick? They don't care about the side effects. With projected growth of 5%, the economy right now is stronger than it's been in generations. Is that the story you hear? Nope. Is that the vibe you feel? Absolutely not, especially when every time you fill up your gas tank, it feels like a diesel enema. It's not the product, it's the brand. A great product can fall into oblivion with bad messaging...a single bad review from one effective storyteller can tank a restaurant. The "influencer economy" is lucrative for a reason; everybody inherently understands the importance of effective storytelling...except the right. Zohran Mamdani gets it...he has an army of influencers on staff. In a perfect metaphor of this transitional phase of old guard vs new wave political messaging, Zohran nuked the Vice President into oblivion with maybe the biggest ratio in the history of the internet. By simply posting the subway assistant meme, Mamdani got 2 MILLION likes, quoting a post from the VP that had only 10K likes. If you're reading that sentence thinking "this is fucking ridiculous, you're talking about social media likes as political analysis now?"...you are the problem. Yes, this stuff matters. Rizz matters. The President did a masterful job of this kind of retail politics in his historic 2024 campaign...you can be angry that this is what politics has been reduced to, but you can either adapt or die. "No the problem is, you didn't deliver enough for the American people!" Are you a moron? Since when does anybody care about that? What have democrats delivered for Californians in the last 20 years? Unmitigated wildfires, homeless drug zombies everywhere, roads that look like Fallujah in 2004...people don't care about results. They think they care about results. That want you to believe they care about results, just as Nike wants you to believe their shoes are better than New Balance...but at the end of the day, all people really care about is the swoosh. Adapt or die.

“Woke is dead”? The success of DSA candidates who support abolishing borders and criminal justice across the country signals that "woke" is far from dead. It is growing more radical, inciting violence, becoming increasingly entrenched in the Democratic Party—and achieving electoral wins.

Maricopa County voters, lots of issues being reported at polling places. My advice is to head to the most liberal part of town and vote there. There will be fewer power outages, printer problems, tabulator issues, etc.. in the liberal areas. I am basing this on the shenanigans they pulled in 2022 where all of the issues were concentrated in Conservative areas. Whatever you do, you MUST vote. Make it hard for them. They want you to stay home.
Ballots machines down at Camelback Bible Church. Maricopa County Steal efforts going strong. Folks there are TONS of voting locations. Immediately redirect to another. Don' t let the DemoKKKrat Terror Party steal your vote!

The big wrong turn, as I see it, was the vast cultural and spiritual shift that came of defining ourselves by our pasts, our injuries, instead of by our destinies, our potentials. The idea became to repair, repair, not to prepare and strive. Therapy overtook destiny. "Don't look back." An ancient warning, ignored. But we are not the sum of what's happened to us, as individuals or groups; we are the carriers of what is possible for us -- as we divine it and go out to meet it. Instead of obsessing on its own roots a tree should grow toward the sun.
