Wanted to give you all some quick updates before I head to the @Geletka office for some strategy sessions and creative review. Multiple big and one HUGE partnership are super close to being final. In legal review on 2 and deciding how to stagger the other few for bandwidth reasons. These can take upwards of a year to complete, so we're moving super fast. Defi Roadmap is well underway, and the Hyperlane bridge is moving along extremely well. We're being super careful as this unlocks so many other things, but I saw a demo yesterday, and while it's hard to get excited about a bridge front end, it looks good and is easy to understand. We'll have some private audits going on in the next couple of weeks and a faucet-focused beta shortly after that. This isn't something we want to rush, but lots of other projects are being worked on simultaneously that will complement this bridge. Kadena Academy work is ongoing, and we hope to have more to come there very soon. We're building todoMVC content for more experienced devs and video based learning series for those with little skills and more advanced Rust or Solidity experience. The next 30-60 days are going to jam packed. While we had expectations of things hitting earlier this quarter it's important to understand timing generally falls outside our control. Stuff happens and we proceed with caution to make sure we're setting us, and most importantly the community up for success. The formal launch of Kadena SpireKey will be Thursday and we'll have a live stream link and follow up video content from that once it's live. We're working with some of our community devs to help us with some of the documentation and video tutorials on how to implement in other products. Lastly, we recently welcomed @CarlParkerDev to the team, who has been in the community for years now. He's fitting along side @Qloud777 extremely well and they've got big things planned. During Carl's onboarding I was explaining everything we were working on and had coming. He stopped me and said, "Mike, if the community knew half of this stuff, their heads would explode." Having said this, I look forward to exploding heads as quickly as possible. LFG #KDA 🫡🤯

Update: It's Wednesday, and this week is flying by already. I'll drop some updates below. Heads down today on a lot of strategy work. The multi-year strategy I mentioned last week was pitched successfully, and @Randynamic_4 and I are aligned and moving that ball forward. I can't speak for him, but I think this will be a tremendous project and I'm excited for it. We've got a community dev call this morning with my guy @AmirDapl to finalize some details, but more exciting stuff is coming here. I've got a legal call around very boring topics, so I'll spare you the details. Lots of partnership and grant work. I gave my thumbs up to 3 different grants yesterday that I'm very excited about as well. We'll be announcing these in the coming weeks, legal and stuff to do still. Sports is slow. Struggling with IP rights on the big one, so I have another call this morning. It's a very complex situation, but I'm still cautiously optimistic we can get it across the board. Another we're in the documentation phase, everything has been verbally approved, but how to execute, rights usage and the rest always take time. A third I'm still putting a deck together on, but I hope to knock that out today. There is a ton of community work being done by @Qloud777, who is just killing it in his new role. We're bringing in a new FTE with dev chops to help our Pact developers and technical requirements on Discord. Telegram will be revamped to provide a more user focused environment where people can get info they need quickly. We're interviewing new moderators, onboarding tools like Sprinklr to help manage our work flow and bots to help direct traffic. Big projects like our Hyperlane bridge from @io_ideasoft are coming along nicely. We're working hard with our friends at @Ledger to get some things sorted out there, along with launching Ledger Live. The ZK projects with Lurk, WebAuthn, GraphQL, CLI, and more are being worked on, finalized, audited, and polished every day. Bonding, which I think is one of our most important initiatives, is close, very close. It's going to be super simple and easy to understand, with a very low barrier to entry. I hope to start securing pre-launch participation in the coming weeks. Everyone gets impatient, I get that. But I'm proud of how our community has stuck together over these last few weeks, picking each other up, and remaining positive around a down market. We're always going to have ups and downs, but our strategy is sound. We've changed so much as a company over these last few months, IMHO for the better. We're laser-focused on our goals, we're active in the community, and we're looking toward the future, and building projects that will make a difference. So #LFG!
