A property dispute is turned into a rape case, full with Godman & Gufa angle.
2 year old girl, 70 year old woman & 25 others arrested in a rape investigation at 2 AM.
7 woman lawyers, including a Senior Lawyer in custody since 2 weeks.
#Pune rape case is epitome of misuse of law.
Justice for the founder, the manager, and the whole legal team behind this campaign of Fight for your Right!
They all have been arrested under a false rape case, allegedly in 2016, by a lady against whose family they filed a civil property suit in court in April 2026. That lady's family is misusing the law to hamper courts from deciding the civil suit and engage the system in false criminal case.
The police, under false tip from the complainant & her family, used excessive force, brushed aside all procedures and laws, to carry out an illegal arrest.
This campaign has always fought against such false accussers, who overload the justice system, and deprive actual victims of crime to access the system speedily.
