The AI cyber apocalypse is a real thing that will affect all of us.
People we work with in the intel community have told us for months they expect an AI-triggered crisis. The UK just told people to prep 3 days of food & water. Now this.
Brushing this off as hype is so insane.
FORTRESS: The Pentagon is preparing every major U.S. military base to survive 90 days without outside support — no civilian power grid, no global supply chains, no outside fuel or water.
The initiative, revealed in documents reviewed by Fox News Digital, envisions portable nuclear reactors, massive battery storage, and microgrids that can disconnect installations from civilian electricity entirely. Strategic reserves of munitions, fuel, critical minerals, and medical supplies would be stockpiled based on wartime consumption rates. Civilian factories are being pre-identified to shift to defense production during a crisis.
Pentagon chief spokesperson Sean Parnell put it bluntly: "Power is combat now. Without electricity, you lose communications, water, logistics, assembly lines and just basic military command structures."

US energy company execs have resigned in disgust as the Trump family is caught secretly expediting the funneling of $25 billion from a sanctioned Russian energy giant in exchange for allowing Russians to obtain a natural gas project in Alaska.
According to investigations by The New York Times and Financial Times, Russia's Novatek allegedly concealed its financial involvement in the American project through a UAE-linked intermediary.
Gentry Beach, a longtime Trump ally and close friend of Donald Trump Jr., signed an agreement with Novatek to pursue natural gas development in Alaska. Reuters documented the arrangement in February.
Meanwhile, Vladimir Putin discussed this cooperation on the Alaska energy project with Trump's representatives, Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, during negotiations involving Russia and Ukraine.
The controversy deepened when Polar Train LNG's CEO, Joel Riddle, raised concerns about concealed Russian financing and possible sanctions violations. He departed in September, followed by other senior executives.
The Financial Times also described discussions about a potential arrangement under which Novatek would provide technology for the Alaska project in exchange for sanctions relief benefiting its Arctic LNG 2 development in Siberia.
According to The New York Times, Riddle and two other departing executives warned the Trump administration about the Russian financing and urged officials to investigate.
The White House maintains that the project was mentioned only briefly and that no detailed discussions took place. There is no established evidence that Kushner or Witkoff knew about the allegedly concealed financing. Polar Train LNG denies wrongdoing.
The central question is how a sanctioned Russian energy company became involved in a major American energy venture while Putin was discussing potential economic cooperation with Trump's representatives and a longtime Trump family associate was pursuing a separate agreement with the same Russian company.
Selling Alaska to the Russians or selling Ukraine to the Russians - to the Trump family it's all the same.

🚨Chamath just said Bitcoin eventually gets hacked and then it goes to zero.
On the Moonshots podcast he explained it like this:
Bitcoin is capped. The obvious target is Satoshi’s wallet. An attacker cracks it, drains the coins, shorts Bitcoin, then tells everyone what happened so they get paid twice.
He thinks AI (and later quantum computers) can be pointed at crypto. He also said moving Bitcoin to quantum-resistant cryptography is basically impossible because the community can’t even agree on simple things.
He added that he no longer holds Bitcoin directly. He moved his exposure into equity through Digital Currency Group years ago so he wouldn’t have to deal with storage and security risk.

Trump sued the BBC for $10 BILLION — a shakedown lawsuit meant to bully the press over a documentary about his January 6 speech. Then came the part he never planned for: HIS turn to answer questions. Yesterday a federal judge in Miami said NO. Judge Enjoliqué Lett ordered Trump to sit for a SEVEN-HOUR deposition, on VIDEO, by December 11 — and warned him that if he keeps stalling, she can throw his own $10 billion lawsuit in the trash. She said his document production 'strains credulity' — his team has handed over essentially NOTHING. And she cleared the BBC to subpoena his Mar-a-Lago membership records.
Her words should be carved in marble: 'Engaging in discovery is burdensome, but is a burden we undertake — especially if we file a lawsuit.'
That's the whole scam in one story. Trump loves lawsuits as a WEAPON — sue the press, sue his critics, sue anybody who reports the truth — right up until the moment the rules apply to HIM. Under oath means the one thing he can't survive: questions he doesn't control, with perjury attached.
And understand what this really is: Trump and Musk's corruption is the biggest PONZI SCAM this world has ever seen — a two-man operation where the richest man on Earth bankrolls the president, the president hands him the government, and the American taxpayer funds both ends of the deal. They wrap it in a flag, but men who loved America wouldn't sell it off piece by piece and sue anyone who says so out loud. They don't hate the flag. They hate the country that comes with it — the courts, the press, the voters, the rules. America keeps getting in their way.

The speed limits on Starlink and Starshield are still there. The speed has not been restored. And the delivery of interceptors to protect us against Russian ballistic missiles is still delayed. We’re waiting for interceptors that were already agreed on. But they are still not coming. This is a real problem, because the Russians attack us almost every single day.
All of this is happening while we continue our quite successful operations on the front. We keep defending positions. Things have become harder – partly because of the Starlink and Starshield policies and speed limits. But our frontline is still holding and I am proud of how strong our people are.

A few months into Trump’s second term, political appointees at DHS made an unusual request of its agency focused on cybersecurity: Secretly acquire a voting machine and hack it.
The appointees wanted the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) to procure the machine, examine it and report back the findings so they could be given to the White House, according to two former administration officials with knowledge of the request.
The proposition was shocking to CISA’s career staffers, according to one of the former officials. CISA typically worked to thwart hackers. Moreover, the agency had been directed not to alert the voting machine company if it uncovered flaws, contrary to its standard practices. The request made the CISA employees fear they were being asked to take part in political interference.
“My thought was they could keep it in their back pocket to invalidate any [election] results they don’t like,” one of the former officials said. “This goes against everything CISA represents.”

The Pentagon is delaying the delivery of Patriot missiles to Ukraine—missiles that have already been paid for by allies, reports *The Kyiv Independent*.
A shipment of missiles, fully funded by Ukraine’s allies (including through NATO mechanisms), is awaiting Hegseth’s signature; however, the Pentagon chief is deliberately blocking the process.
The Ukrainian leadership views this decision as another form of political pressure from Washington.
