The Kids Can Cook program at Harmony Community Food Centre is a free, food-focused program that teaches children, aged 6-12, and their caregivers how to prepare and cook new food recipes. Thank you so much to Silver Antelope for their donation to the @harmony_cfc! Their donation of $1100 will help fund ~290 meals or 2 weeks worth of meals for individuals who are homeless, under-housed and food insecure at the CFC.
