Today on the 24th anniversary of Paul Wellstone’s death, I’m sure everyone will be singing his praises. But there was a darker side to the late Senator from Minnesota. One time, his big green bus cut me off on I-35 North near Hinkley, and it really steamed my ass for a minute.
There’s a fascinating phenomenon where far right roaches like this imagine a universe where the most progressive figures of the past would somehow be aligned with the disgusting filth that is seeping out of the modern MAGA movement. FDR, JFK, Wellstone, etc. It must be studied.
