Traffic and gun deaths are both preventable. Why not focus on quality of life? Do parents feel safe riding with their kids on our streets? Most I talk to, don't.
We want to raise our kids in a safe environment but it's hard when 9000lb cars are equally as deadly as 9mm bullets.
