I’m excited to see the Portuguese translation of Political Thought: A Student’s Guide published. It joins the English and Italian versions. My understanding is we may have it in Chinese in the future.

I consider myself pretty moderate on immigration, but it's hard to have much confidence that the next Dem administration won't do this. I'm not sure the median professional Democrat realizes quite how radicalizing the Biden years were on immigration.
I can tell you exactly what will happen if Democrats regain power: They will use your money to fly deported illegal aliens back to America and pay them settlements. They will re-open our borders and ship millions of foreign people to any community they want. And they won't stop until America becomes an unrecognizable country.

Have you noticed many people pronounce jewelry as JEWEL-LA-REE?

I have known so many super bright and super ethical conservatives and Christians. I have no idea why we end up with some of the candidates that we do.

Am I crazy or did Christianity Today run a piece claiming Elisabeth Elliot was bisexual and then memory hole it?

Basically, Digger was made for Greta Thunberg.

I saw Digger this evening. I did not enjoy it. It is not easy to write a review. There is strong acting and some very clever devices employed. Interesting shocks and twists. But overall, I felt trapped in the lunacy of someone who is absolutely sure they have fully comprehended the climate situation and everyone else is stupidly stark raving mad. Quality of technique tied to trying way too hard super expensive 60's and early 70's doom film. Certainly the most expensive such film ever made.

I don’t want to pile on this guy, but as a child of divorce, you want more than “I just wasn’t feeling it anymore” if your parent is going to set of a nuclear bomb in your life.
My wife and I decided to get a divorce. There were no fights, just two adults who realised they drifted apart from each other. This is probably the hardest thing I had to go through. First of all, telling our girls...seeing them so sad was heartbreaking. But we are still a team as parents and will do everything for them! Also we have to sell our house, the house I wanted to live in forever and raise my kids in... Going back to a smaller appartment will be rough. I still have a lot of to handle, that's why I wasn't active here on X. I'm really grateful for all the people who reached out and asked where I was 🙏🏼 This women will always be a part of my life, she gifted me with two perfect daughters. I wish her all the best, great memories were made in those years! I'll be back soon. Thank you everyone 🙏🏼

Ruth and I are visiting churches in our new city. I was just contacted by the "senior adult minister" at one of them.
