Very important questions. I still see so many so-called “builders” who aren’t even active onchain
What happens to a token’s price when platform revenue drops?
Thought it might be worth looking at launchpad revenue alongside token prices, so I made some more charts
In the historical periods I compared, Virtual’s revenue and price peaked on the same day, while GP’s price peaked 3 days later. The others haven’t played out yet, so it’s hard to say
Ultimately, if you’re trading tokens whose value is tied to revenue, seems worth consistently tracking how much the platform is actually making and whether that revenue holds up
Will keep tracking the cases that are still playing out..
The 60-day launchpad rule even Pons couldn't escape
During the last meme bull run, whenever emerging launchpads like Bonkfun's GP and Virual came along, tokens tied to those launchpads' revenue and value would always rally. Weirdly enough, they'd peak around the 60-day mark, and revenue would start melting away.
Pons' revenue is now roughly a tenth of its peak. I put the chart together myself, and it's pretty interesting. Next time a runner comes along, might be worth comparing it with other cases to get a sense of how much revenue a market can generate and when the peak might come.

I don’t know how I could emphasize this further :
We DO NOT have our mainnet running currently. Any of those posts claiming that they have GIWA mainnet RPC information are NOT TRUE.
Please, please check the contracts that you interact with and PLEASE STAY SAFE

BREAKING: Crude oil inventories in the US Strategic Petroleum Reserve officially fall below 300 million barrels for the first time since 1983.
Inventories declined by another 6.1 million barrels last week, to 298.7 million barrels.
US oil reserves are at a 40+ year low.

One thing I’ve noticed from trading more actively is how quickly market narratives turn over.
Themes used to have real staying power. Now the market can move on within weeks. I’m not sure how much of this is driven by AI, but the pattern is hard to miss: software gets sold at a record pace, attention shifts to high-short-interest names, and everyone is already searching for the next bottleneck or story.
According to J.P. Morgan, weekly retail outflows from software and services recently hit their highest level since the data series began. At the same time, social-media interest was clustering around high short interest names like GRND, RH, NBIS, and CAKE, alongside memory, AI infrastructure, and space names like SNDK, MU, VRT, and RKLB.
It doesn’t feel like capital is rotating neatly from one theme to the next. It feels more like several stories are lighting up and burning out at once. Sometimes the entire market seems to trade like a meme. Positions don’t stay in one place for long, while social media and AI have shortened the gap between discovering a narrative, spreading it, and exhausting it.
But a discarded theme bouncing back doesn’t mean it has reclaimed the center of the market. If earnings estimates keep rising and capital continues to flow in, it may still be a trending asset. If the move is driven mainly by short covering, an event, or a sudden spike in attention, it is probably still a trade.
SpaceX holding up despite a large lockup expiry may be another example. Maybe less stock was sold than expected. Or maybe the market had already moved past the unlock and started pricing in the next story.
In a market where narratives have shorter shelf lives, finding a good story is no longer enough. The harder question is whether it is still a trend, or whether it has already become just another trade.

As a builder, I want to say this to fellow builders
Instead of supporting your citadel in hard times, you're joining in pointless FUD, let alone continuing to build, which in the long run would probably help save the chain
If you believe in team, then stand by them in the hard times, not only when it benefits you

also as a side note: the reason the deployment opportunity is so big imo is not because it's non-obvious, but because most "smart" people don't want to go to rural/unsexy parts of the country and get their hands dirty (they'd rather raise money and pontificate from their ivory tower)

i've always been openly critical about "performative community" as a unique phenomenon in crypto
however, i've been genuinely impressed by the few die hard mega community members. at this point, they are not folks who " participated in our public sale" or who "got in early", they treat mega as their own responsibility which drives them to give me the most honest feedback
i really treasure these experiences, because they are deeply emotional
i treasure these emotional experiences because i know that in the future when all we have is ai feedback, i'd miss these human interaction very very deeply
nothing bond people tighter than going through the ups and downs together
you can be right for hours and still lose a trade. rocket fixes that.
redistribution markets let anyone bet “over” or “under” on any price and get paid for being right every 5 seconds.
how does it work? each trade is proportionally split into micro-rounds on megaeth.
and then, trusted oracle continuously checks who’s right and who’s wrong, and redistributes capital accordingly.
to show how this changes the game, i’ve put together 3 comparisons:
rocket vs perps, prediction markets & trenches.

Simple rules to survive on MegaETH mainnet :
- If it launches a token without a real product it’s a grift
-If it’s a brand new protocol that just appeared at mainnet, always triple check everything
- Never click on a website and sign a tx without double checking what’s happening
- Don’t ape random NFT collections nobody cares about
- Follow OG Megaeth creators ( like @nics_off @imluidji @Moonshot211 @hyeon__dev ect...) to get the best highlights, and confirmation when discovering a project by checking if they follow it or not
- If there’s no TVL and no one talks about it you might farm points, but they’ll probably be worthless
- If you can’t find the founder X profile it’s a small red flag dig deeper
- If it smells like shit it probably is
Hope this helps

I created a page to check arbitrage opportunities between Binance and HyperLiquid.
I used to check price gaps by entering formulas in TradingView, but since TradingView doesn't support HyperLiquid charts, I built a dashboard that makes it easy to monitor visually.
You all probably remember the XPL liquidation incident. This site wasn't created to catch the gap between the two exchanges for profit-taking, but rather in case anyone might find it useful.
Clicking the small ZEN button above allows you to use it like a widget.

i picked up $EDEL here as i believe this will go higher, rotate to base
most people are distracted because the market feels bad. that’s usually when these setups form.
$EDEL is probably the only play that make sense in this market on base with huge catalysts: coinbase, testnet, tokenization, team background.
coinbase has been vocal about tokenized equities and base is their distribution layer. that value will overflow to tokenized projects on base.
@edeldotfinance is effectively the only pure-play on onchain lending + borrowing for tokenized stocks, and it’s already built on @base.
@game_for_one shared two near-term catalysts making this a clean setup:
• ~6h: testnet goes live
• ~3 days: coinbase tokenization event, with the spotlight on tokenized assets
@Overdose_AI is also aligned on $EDEL being the only token with real attention on base.
my conviction is further buillt upon @AltcoinPsycho thesis that the next 10x opportunity will be on tokenized stocks (institutional money)
so i believe it will be a high probable bull event trade considering that they have huge big liq (1.9M) and partnerships from some of the biggest RWA projects in the space.
that asymmetry is what makes this a high return trade.
also worth noting: edel just absorbed a coordinated fud and the v-shaped recovery is forming.
>> bigger picture into the coinbase narrative/push <<
other narratives being pushed:
– prediction markets; focus is on @Polymarket and @Kalshi and all other prediction market coins dont seem to be catching much attention in this dry market, there is just no volume, attention and liquidity there.
– creator coins; doesnt seem to be working out well after the @zora run, maybe @baseapp here looks interesting, but nothing right now that is signalling that its a leading narrative.
the problem is that both are fragmented. too many tokens, no clear market leader, people are showing shallow conviction.
edel is different. there’s no second-best option here. if people want tokenized equities exposure on base, flows converge. team is stacked with experiences.
also zoom out for a second and take a look at the tokenization landscape:
- @krakenfx acquiring @BackedFi
- @coinbase pushing tokenized stocks and major SYSTEM udpdate on 17dec
• @BlackRock seeding the narrative through tier-0 media
• @OndoFinance expanding jurisdictional approval
goes to show that we are only RWA infra positioned, trade with the narrative and not against.
i see a trade.
i see low downside risk.
i see a narrative that blackrock and jesse is pushing.
full focus on $EDEL.
still accumulating on weakness.
let’s see what monday gives us.

some pretty good questions on how Rocket works by @hyeon__dev :
let me clarify few points
fractional stakes:
think of it as streaming conviction. in v1, it is flat: $120 over 12 rounds = $10 per tick. simple.
in v2, we unlock dynamic sizing, letting you size positions differently for every 5s frame. unified margin let’s you use the same capital across multiple markets to maximize exposure
time sync:
if you bet when there are 2 seconds left in the current round, your position queues and starts exactly when the next round begins
asymmetric payouts:
there is always an opportunity to capture asymmetric upside. we use a side-pot system similar to poker
if you bet $20 against $120 and $500, you effectively play for a $60 pot. this ensures larger bettors don't risk exposure unless the counter-liquidity matches their position
liquidity:
our goal is full peer-to-peer. however, to start, we plan to incentivize liquidity via a vault (hlp style) that provides counter-liquidity to the main markets
Fascinated by the continuous redistribution model of @userocket_app!
After reading the article, I have the following questions. I believe the answers to these could be important questions for the community to predict the next steps for Rocket.
· Zero Liquidity: What happens if there is zero opposing liquidity in the pool for a specific round? Is trading simply impossible, or does the protocol/MM provide counter liquidity?
· Fractional Stakes: How is the "fractional stake" calculated? If I commit 120USDM for a 1minute position (12 micro rounds), does that mean I'm betting 10USDM (120/12) in each 5second round?
· Asymmetric Payouts: Since liquidity sizes vary, is the payout based on a ratio? Can a small bet still capture a profit from a significantly larger opposing bet? (
· Time Sync: Is the 5 second timing based on my individual position entry time, or does the entire market share a unified, synchronized timeline for settlement? (I suspect the latter for calculation purposes).

how is Derivatives Monke still not in jail?
some more red flags which pretty much confirm that @imbue is most likely a scam
- website is hosted via Njalla
- dev discord account is only one month old
- tons of bots boosting the discord server to make it look legit
- sale contract funded via ChangeNOW
there's going to be a ton of scams popping up as we approach @megaeth mainnet, make sure to double check always
use fluffle[.]tools, it covers 90% of the legit projects building on megaeth
MegaETH Community Alert: Extreme Caution Advised on DeFi Project
Issuing this alert to protect our community members. Some of Mega's community have observed a specific project (@imbue) attempting to rapidly onboard users through a public sale on our ecosystem. Based on our investigation, we strongly advise against participation due to an accumulation of severe risks.
[Operational Red Flag] Code Transparency: The Empty GitHub
The most fundamental requirement for any project is open source code.
· The GitHub account for this project (ImbueLend) has not seen any recent contribution activity since the public repository was created at last month.
· Launching a token sale without public code means asking the community to invest in a black box.
[Financial Red Flag] Sale First
The immediate push for a sale without transparency confirms a focus on quick capital extraction.
· The project has no verifiable source code on GitHub and immediately led into a public sale before establishing a verifiable presence as a serious builder within the MegaETH ecosystem. They also show erratic behavior, having bounced between farming multiple ecosystems (@megaeth and @Monad, sometimes mentioned @HyperliquidX).
· This is a classic pattern of "farm the community and exit." Launching a complex, high risk lending product without auditable code is a non-starter in legitimate Project.
[Critical Red Flag] The Hidden Team & The Scammer ConnectionThe most severe risk we've uncovered is the identity of the individual attempting to leverage the MegaETH community for a sale.
The project (Imbue) only recently 'popped up' on MegaETH and immediately began pushing its public sale, which was already highly unusual. This "weirdness" escalated when a core MegaETH account was contacted directly for promotion. While the Imbue team structure remains officially unverified, the individual who reached out to us to coordinate the "promo" was Derivatives Monke (a.k.a. Monkey Ape).
This identity is the core problem: Derivatives Monke is the known operator behind the notorious @ZKasino_io exit scam (where user ETH was not refunded and was moved to addresses). The combination of a project pushing an immediate sale under anonymous cover, paired with a direct link to a proven scammer, presents an unacceptable, high-level threat to user capital. This is not a reputable builder. This is a pattern we have seen before.
[Severe Toxic Clauses] Maximizing Liability Evasion
The Imbue Terms of Service contain highly problematic clauses that demonstrate an attempt to transfer all risk to the user while maximizing the operational team's impunity. These clauses, along with the $100 liability cap, suggest a complete lack of accountability.
1. Extreme Limitation of Liability (Section 10)
This is the most critical financial red flag.
· The Clause: "OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD."
· Implication: Regardless of whether a user loses millions due to an exploit, bug, or liquidation, the protocol legally caps its maximum financial responsibility at only $100. This makes the team virtually immune to the financial consequences of failure.
2. Full Indemnification (Section 11)
This clause forces users to financially protect the development team.
· The Clause: "You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Imbue, its contributors, developers... from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees)..."
· Implication: If a user loses funds due to a bug and another party sues the Imbue developers, the user may be legally obligated to pay the legal fees to defend the developers. This is an extremely abusive clause that shifts legal burden onto the victim.
3. Unilateral Operational Control (Sections 12 & 13)
These clauses give the operating team absolute power with zero accountability for service stability.
· Service Modification (Section 12): "We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Protocol at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party..."
· Implication: The team can arbitrarily shut down the lending protocol where continuous liquidity is essential with no legal obligation or responsibility to the users.
Terms Modification (Section 13): The team can modify the Terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
· Implication: The team retains the right to unilaterally make the already unfair terms even worse without requiring active user consent.
Conclusion: These clauses collectively prove legally minimizing all forms of financial and operational risk for the anonymous operating team.
Final Warning
I respect that every individual in the community has the right to freely make their own investment decisions. However, in the case of this project, due to the accumulation of identified risk factors, I strongly advise against community participation.
Please protect your valuable assets. I strongly urge you not to send funds to this Fair Launch or similar initiatives.
The @megaeth ecosystem should grow through sound and genuine builders. Your safety is the top priority.
