#BREAKING The EFF wins Ward 15 in Buffalo City after a recount. After uIEC egoloza forcing us to a coin toss. The EFF said no siceli recount. The EFF has now won 2 Wards in BCM that is Ward 15 (Beacon Bay and Gqobhas area) & Ward 47 (Quigney, Baysville, CBD& Beachfront area).
