At $35/IPv4 (and the price just keeps going up, with some recent sales at $40/IP) the current list of AWS IP ranges is "worth" around $4B, containing over 6.9 /8's worth of IPv4 space. That's 3.1% of all non-"Reserved" IPv4 space, and more /8's worth than AFRINIC has.
