This is how Obama operates: Hits the campaign trail to rail against "anger and division." Meanwhile his wingwoman Susan Rice is sent out to signal the real agenda: Retribution against political enemies. There will be no "forgive and forget." This fraud has been running this exact same routine for nearly twenty years at this point.

Bill Maher shut down the “white privilege” script on his own show. Howie Mandel pushed him to confess it. Maher refused the term, called it advantage at best, and dropped the real numbers: most people shot by police are white. The media narrative falls apart the second anyone checks the data. Color-blind reality beats racial guilt every time.

Last Thursday made it 44 years since the release of 'First Blood'. When Sylvester Stallone joined the Rich Eisen Show a few weeks ago he told us the story of how he changed the ending of the film, got sued, and then his ending ultimately ended up making the final cut. I think Sly’s creative approaches in his early films was very underrated at the time. He made his films better with his ideas and vision. Sly Stallone is an absolute legend. No doubt he goes down in the Hollywood hall of fame as one of the greatest to ever do it 🐐🎬 via @RichEisenShow #SylvesterStallone #HollywoodLegend
FIRST BLOOD turns 44 today. Sylvester Stallone was so unhappy with an early three-hour cut that he tried to buy the footage and destroy it. He eventually helped reshape the film into the lean, 93-minute thriller that launched the Rambo franchise.

Eagles rookie receiver Makai Lemon will have a big chance tonight to shine with the Eagles missing their top two receivers. “He has been fun to coach. He loves football, is really, really quick and has phenomenal hands. We’ve seen him make some good catches, and you guys have seen him in games, but you get to see that consistently in practice. We want to get him the football. We know he’s one of our playmakers, and he can do it a lot of different ways. We’ll see how the game plan unfolds and how the game unfolds. I think he has continued to progress. I love the make up that he has. He just loves ball. He’s tough and has really good football IQ. Like I’ve said to you guys many times, guys like that have a tendency, God willing, to reach their ceiling. He’s highly talented, and I think his ceiling is very high because of the talent that he has. I’m really excited about him and the opportunities that he’s going to have this game and leading into the future. I think he’s going to be a good player, and he’s just got to keep doing the things he’s doing.” -Nick Sirianni

Eric Hoffer wrote this article about Israel almost 60 years go. It reads like it was written yesterday. "The Jews are a peculiar people: things permitted to other nations are forbidden to the Jews. Other nations drive out thousands, even millions of people and there is no refugee problem. Russia did it, Poland and Czechoslovakia did it, Turkey threw out a million Greeks, and Algeria a million Frenchmen. Indonesia threw out heaven knows how many Chinese-and no one says a word about refugees. But in the case of Israel the displaced Arabs have become eternal refugees. Everyone insists that Israel must take back every single Arab. Arnold Toynbee calls the displacement of the Arabs an atrocity greater than any committed by the Nazis. Other nations when victorious on the battlefield dictate peace terms. But when Israel is victorious it must sue for peace. Everyone expects the Jews to be the only real Christians in this world. Other nations when they are defeated survive and recover but should Israel be defeated it would be destroyed. Had Nasser triumphed last June he would have wiped Israel off the map, and no one would have lifted a finger to save the Jews. No commitment to the Jews by any government, including our own, is worth the paper it is written on. There is a cry of outrage all over the world when people die in Vietnam or when two Negroes are executed in Rhodesia. But when Hitler slaughtered Jews no one remonstrated with him. The Swedes, who are ready to break of diplomatic relations with America because of what we do in Vietnam, did not let out a peep when Hitler was slaughtering Jews. They sent Hitler choice iron ore, and ball bearings, and serviced his troop trains to Norway. The Jews are alone in the world. If Israel survives, it will be solely because of Jewish efforts. And Jewish resources. Yet at this moment Israel is our only reliable and unconditional ally. We can rely more on Israel than Israel can rely on us. And one has only to imagine what would have happened last summer had the Arabs and their Russian backers won the war to realize how vital the survival of Israel is to America and the West in general. I have a premonition that will not leave me; as it goes with Israel so will it go with all of us. Should Israel perish the holocaust will be upon us."

66 years ago, John Coltrane's "Coltrane's Sound" was recorded. An Atlantic quartet date with Tyner, Davis and Jones. Tighter forms than the later albums, and Coltrane already pushing past straight hard bop.

Dear Americans, please look at what blaming Israel for everything did to our region. Don’t fall for the same lie. Don’t import this garbage. Protect America, the last bastion of freedom, from this virus. Don’t allow this kind of Third World politics to infect a great American institution.

When @realDonaldTrump was elected for his first term, innumerable people including most of my academic colleagues said that the worst realities would befall the United States. None of those things happened. They then said that he would wait until his second term to end democracy, institute martial law, etc. None of those things have happened. Is there a SINGLE honest individual amongst those people who is willing to admit that they were grossly incorrect and hence irrationally unhinged?
