Congrats to @GarryLewis1111 for getting his case study published in @MDPIOpenAccess. He showed an extreme case of excessive exercise was correlated with a shift in the gut microbiome, which appears to emerge with a decline in exercise output. mdpi.com/2227-9059/12/10/230…
