Spent a few hours observing again in Children’s ED this evening. Department was strained with a lot of attendances, high acuity and limited flow out. But what I saw was a team working seamlessly together with a laugh and a smile providing great care – at Eastleigh, England
Spent the evening in the Children’s ED as part of our @UHSimprove flow observations. Was astounded by how welcoming the staff were with great improvement ideas whilst working hard together to give great care in a very busy department. very impressed! @SotonChildHosp – at Southampton, England
