Aaron Siri just beat Pharma giant GSK in a groundbreaking lawsuit over its whooping cough vaccine ads. “It’s the first-ever case that was brought against a vaccine manufacturer.” “You don’t have total impunity.” “We beat the big bad wolves.” Bookmark this. Here’s how Siri got around Pharma’s immunity from vaccine injury lawsuits to beat GSK: “In this lawsuit, we alleged false advertising.” “Which is a different kind of claim.” “What the data and studies … make clear, in fact, is that if you get the vaccine, you are still just as likely to be infected.” “Just as likely to spread it.” “You’re just less likely to have symptoms.” That means that vaccinated people would actually be “most likely to hold the baby, kiss the baby,” and infect the baby. “The worst part … is that those who actually had been infected by pertussis and never got vaccinated, then they have sterilizing immunity, at least for many years.” “They’re not going to get infected again.” “Those who got the vaccine, they could be infected over and over … again.” “This was all in our court papers.” “And you know who said these things?” “Their own consultants in peer-reviewed studies.” “They admitted it.” @AaronSiriSG @delbigtree @HighWireTalk

Brian Cole Jr. is seen on camera a mile a away from the J6 pipe bomber. Someone WILL receive the blame for this. You have until January 3rd at Noon. CYA before you FO, because someone WILL FO.
During my time in Congress, I have received several whistleblower disclosures. The goal of the whistleblower can include: statutory protection for himself, public dissemination of information, or guidance for congressional oversight. My term ends soon if you’re contemplating it.

The bigger revelation from the Alaska episode isn’t just that a decoy candidate was recruited. It’s that lawyers from Marc Elias’s law firm who were apparently involved in the scheme were also involved in the subsequent lawsuits aimed at challenging or suppressing the fallout. I think the overlap between those orchestrating the operation and those litigating its aftermath deserves far more scrutiny than it’s receiving.

🚨WHAT ON EARTH?!! A Nashville TEACHER OF THE YEAR walked away from her career because she says the district ORDERED HER TO FABRICATE A STUDENT’S GRADE. She refused, so they went into the system and CHANGED IT THEMSELVES. According to the teacher, a student didn’t finish a project so Hardcastle (the teacher) gave the grade the student earned... a failing grade. Then a parent came in and SAT IN THE OFFICE FOR HOURS until that grade changed. Three administrators huddled up and decided the AWARD-WINNING TEACHER was the problem. She still refused to change the grade. So they overrode her and changed it ANYWAY. She quit in May and put all of it in a three-page resignation letter. It’s public. Read it yourself. She calls it GRADE FABRICATION. And then she stood up in front of the school board and said the quiet part into a microphone: “Statistics are being skewed to protect the district, not our children.” Our kids can’t read. Can’t write. Can’t do basic math. ...but the SCHOOL METRICS LOOK GREAT. AND SHE IS NOT THE ONLY ONE. WSMV4 Investigates pulled the internal emails of Diana Wills, a math teacher at Overton High. Administrators told her she had to give FAILING STUDENTS a PASSING GRADE because she "hadn’t notified their parents first..." She put her refusal in writing: “What is being done is unethical and could very well be interpreted as illegal.” THE DISTRICT SUSPENDED HER. She’s suing them right now. At MNPS, when a teacher and an administrator disagree about a grade, THE ADMINISTRATOR WINS. Not the person who taught the class. Not the person who graded the work. The bureaucrat whose numbers go UP when your kid passes. HOMESCHOOL YOUR KIDS!!!!!

In 1952, an English teacher named Cecil Dormand secretly paid for a dirt-poor 11-year-old to take a drama course. He never told him and the boy didn’t find out until decades later. By then, he was a knight, that little boy’s name was Patrick Stewart. He was born into a poor family in Mirfield, a small mill town in Yorkshire and his father came home from World War II a violent man, and he was violent toward Patrick’s mother. Young Patrick learned exactly when to step between his father’s fist and his mother. An English teacher put a copy of Shakespeare in his hand and told him to get up and perform. He never stopped and left school at 15. By 19 he was completely bald... most agencies told him he'd never make it because of that. In 1987, the LA Times called him an “unknown British Shakespearean actor” when he was cast as Captain Picard. Then he became one of the most famous faces on Earth. You’ve probably heard that part. Here’s the part you haven’t: He spent decades as a patron of Refuge, sheltering women and children from domestic violence. But he never stopped trying to understand his father. He dug up a 1940 newspaper clipping that said his dad had come home with severe shell shock. He went to France and walked the ground where his father’s unit was pinned down under bombing for hours. He learned his father had PTSD, and nobody ever helped him. So Patrick became an ambassador for Combat Stress, a charity that helps veterans. In 2013, a young woman at a Texas convention told him she was a survivor of domestic violence. He asked, “My dear, are you okay?” Then he hopped off the stage, held her, and told her: “You never have to go through that again, you’re safe now.” At Dragon Con, a Make-A-Wish girl dressed as Spock came to meet him. 2,000 people were waiting for him to speak... he sat down and talked with her for 15 minutes, making all of them wait. He told her that since they were friends now, whenever she saw him on screen she could wave and say, “Hello Patrick.” After 9/11, he felt helpless, so he brought his one-man A Christmas Carol back to Broadway for a full week of charity shows. He played every character himself and donated every cent. In 2019 he did it again, and every dollar went to feeding hungry New Yorkers. In 2017, he fostered a pit bull named Ginger, who had been rescued from a dogfighting ring. She was his first dog in more than 50 years. He couldn’t bring her home to England, so he found her a family. Then he kept fostering more. When he said he was done with Star Trek so many people told him the show had gotten them through the hardest times of their lives. So he wanted to see if Picard could do it one more time. Rest in Peace, Sir Patrick 🖖

What El Salvador is doing is so admirable, perhaps the best news of the year. For Haitians and the abducted technicians, its the good deed of a lifetime. Since Haiti fell into gang rule, Nations great and small around the World have talked about going... but when it was time to send the soldiers, no one went. What did they have to gain? Nothing but knowing they helped the lowest and helpless. Now El Salvador is living up to it's name. They are going to literally be Haiti's El Salvador. Wow.

🚨#BREAKING: Outrage is erupting in North Carolina after an HOA just DOUBLED monthly fees to **$2,500/MONTH** for homeowners who were paying just $158/month just five years ago... ...and the homeowners say the HOA board tried to charge homeowners $7,500/MONTH JUST IN HOA FEES!!!!!!! On Monday night, the board backed off $7,500... ...but voted to DOUBLE fees to $2,500 a month instead. Yes, $30,000 a year just to LIVE IN YOUR HOME THAT YOU BOUGHT. Nearly SIXTEEN TIMES what families were paying a few years ago. Families who bought what they thought were their forever homes are now being told to pay $30,000 a year in HOA fees, or GO INTO FORECLOSURE!!!!!! The neighborhood is Magnolia Cove in Sherrills Ford, Catawba County NC. Jill Menson and her husband bought their house believing it would be their LAST home and five years ago, their HOA fee was $158 a month. This summer it shot up to more than $1,200. Plus a $10,000 ASSESSMENT on top of that. On Monday night, the HOA board voted to raise fees AGAIN, from $1,250 to $2,500 a month. That’s nearly SIXTEEN TIMES what they paid five years ago. And the meeting? It was held over ZOOM. Menson says they’ll be forced out with nowhere to go, because no one will buy a house carrying fees like that. So they went to the state for help. The North Carolina Attorney General’s office told Channel 9 there are NO STATUTES limiting how much an HOA can charge. None. As long as the board follows its own documents, it can charge whatever it wants. In Jill Menson’s words: “Nobody is helping us.” THIS IS ABSOLUTELY ABSURD AND SHOULD BE ILLEGAL!!!!!!!!!!

James O’Keefe on the Felony Charges for Exposing Fraud in Minnesota: This is not political. It is fundamental. It is about whether citizens still have the right to question their government. This is now a landmark First Amendment case, and every American’s right to speak truth to power has been put on the line. Weaponized lawfare does not work against me. It has always backfired on the people who come after me. Most people find criminal charges and lawsuits stressful; the process becomes a form of punishment. But I love this process because it gives me the opportunity to expose injustice at the highest levels. My foundation will be indemnifying members of the Justice League, including @camhigby for their lawful reporting. I’m calling on all Americans, and especially all journalists, to stand united on a message to the prosecutors in Minnesota: the politics of fear will not prevail in the United States of America.

It’s now been 11 days since we produced Brian Cole Jr.’s alibi video. 7 days since we showed that the actual J5 pipe bomb suspect is someone wearing and carrying “cop stuff.” It was Sept. 1 - almost two months ago - since I revealed that “this” @FBI knew the bomber was “law enforcement” … at least by early Fall of last year … and long before Cole’s arrest. Where are you @TheJusticeDept, @AGToddBlanche, @USAttyPirro, @FBIDirectorKash, @WhiteHouse, @POTUS?
Please keep sharing this video widely. Six days after conclusively revealing that Brian Cole Jr. cannot be the J6 b0mber, it may seem we are being ignored, but I can report that "official Washington" is absolutely VERY aware of this video and its implications. That includes MSM outlets, Congress, DOJ, FBI, etc. @accabbat has updated this to include a couple more of Brian's clothing items with the tags still hanging. On Thursday, I went back into Brian's room to dig around for more clues, and sure enough, I found several more jackets and pullovers with the tags still on them. Let’s make sure the entire world understands. In Brazil, judicial rulings in connection with federal elections are made by the court that has been in place for that very purpose, the Supreme Electoral Tribunal (TSE). @LulaOficial requested to the TSE that the polls be extended by two more hours in the entire country, citing “transportation problems.” Who controls the transport system? Lula’s government surely more so than a senator running for president. Instead of waiting for a TSE ruling. @LulaOficial immediately asked Brazilian Supreme Court (STF) justice @Cristianozaninm to order the polls remain open WITHOUT any TSE ruling. Within minutes (did Zanin even read the filing?), the polls were ordered to remain open by Zanin. The STF has 11 justices. What did Zanin do before becoming an STF justice? Oh yes, he was Lula’s criminal defense lawyer in his corruption cases. If this blatant rigging of the elections will be used to announce that Lula won, is Lula seriously expecting anyone in the international community to recognize that as a free and fair election? He knows nobody will. Has the desperation reached a point that today is the day the mask fully comes off and Lula becomes the next Nicolas Maduro? For the sake of Brazil, I pray that is not the case.

"The engineer who actually built the algorithm stealing the election for Biden looked at me like I was an idiot and asked, "Do you think we stole the election here in the blue counties? We're smarter than that. No, we shaved off votes in the red counties in the countryside where Trump was strong, and we left the blue counties untouched. We shaved off 10 percent in Douglas County (COLORADO) and 10% in Mesa County (COLORADO) and other red counties until Biden's count was over 50 percent statewide." - Page 185 teapawt.org/Rasmussen_Poll/status/…
“We have a very fair, very responsibly managed elections,” says Colorado Attorney General Philip Weiser. “[Tina Peters’] effort to cast doubt on that, it's not based in reality; it's based to serve some political cause.” Tina Peters served nearly two years behind bars for crimes related to breaching voting system security. She maintains she was trying to show flaws in the system. Tonight, 60 Minutes takes a closer look at Tina Peters’ case and its fallout.

Most Western democracies have been hacked. Not with code. With institutional architecture. Let me show you how it works, using the most advanced example: the European Union. First, how it works. Once every five years, you vote for a European Parliament that cannot even initiate legislation. The body that proposes laws is the Commission: 27 commissioners nobody elected, appointed after backroom bargaining between heads of state. Bills are then negotiated between the Commission, Parliament and Council in "trilogues", closed-door meetings where the real decisions get made. A law that will apply to 450 million people goes through corridors that 99.9% of them will never see. Now look at who's in those corridors. Brussels has become the lobbying capital of the world: nearly 18,000 organizations on the transparency register, tens of thousands of lobbyists, more than 50 for every single MEP. And that's just the declared part. Add the revolving door: a former MEP only has to wait six months before becoming a lobbyist to the EU himself. The real problem is distance. A national MP who votes for a law that ruins the farmers in his district runs into them at the market on Saturday. In Brussels, the decision-maker never meets the people who live with his decisions. But he meets lobbyists every day: at lunch, at cocktails, at conferences. So the system doesn't optimize for the wellbeing of the people. It optimizes for the interests of whoever is in the room. You don't even need corruption for that, incentives are enough. Although sometimes, as Qatargate showed, there's corruption too. The result: the system has a structural incentive to accept things the people would never vote for. Take Mercosur. Twenty-five years of negotiations. France votes against it in the Council in January 2026 and gets outvoted. To keep national parliaments from blocking it, the Commission splits the deal into two texts, including a trade agreement that only needs a vote in Brussels. The European Parliament itself writes, in black and white, that this split circumvents the right of national parliaments, and refers the deal to the EU Court of Justice. The Commission's response: it has been applying the agreement provisionally since May 1, 2026, without waiting for the Court's opinion. Farmers were protesting outside Parliament. They lost anyway. And remember the one time the people were actually asked about Europe directly: in 2005, France and the Netherlands rejected the European Constitution. The text came back two years later as the Lisbon Treaty, ratified by parliaments. No more referendums. But the worst of it is immigration. In 2015, relocation quotas were imposed by qualified majority on countries that had voted against them. Since June 12, 2026, the Pact on Migration and Asylum applies across the entire Union, with its "mandatory solidarity" mechanism: you take people in, or you pay. Not a single European people has ever been consulted directly on this, even though it's the issue that is transforming our societies most profoundly. And this is where we have to talk about the most sophisticated piece of the machine: George Soros. Soros understood before anyone else that you don't need to win elections if you shape the ecosystem around the people who make decisions. His network, the Open Society Foundations, describes itself as the largest private funder of advocacy groups in the world. In Brussels, it runs its own lobbying arm aimed at EU institutions, the Open Society European Policy Institute. Here's what we know from internal documents leaked in 2016: a document titled "Reliable allies in the European Parliament" listed more than 200 MEPs. Strategy papers described building "inside-track groups" to caucus "internal allies" who could advance their goals in their daily work. Training sessions were organized for MEPs on how to counter so-called populist parties. The mechanism is brutally elegant. Think tanks produce the "expertise". NGOs produce the "demand from civil society". Legal NGOs litigate in the courts. Funded media outlets produce the narrative. The Brussels decision-maker, cut off from the population, hears the same message from every direction and ends up believing that this is what people want. And the craziest part: the institutions fund the loop themselves. Between 2021 and 2023, the EU paid around €7.4 billion to NGOs, and the European Court of Auditors found the use of that money insufficiently transparent. It even came out that the Commission had funded NGOs to lobby MEPs in favor of its own Green Deal legislation. The institution pays "civil society" to ask it to do what it already wanted to do. All of this is legal. That's exactly what makes it a hack and not a crime. The system works exactly as designed, except nobody designed it for the people anymore. The patch is simple to state and hard to impose: bring decisions back closer to the people who bear them, hold referendums on issues that change a civilization, create a mandatory register for every influence actor, NGOs included, with their funding sources, and shut the revolving door. Until that happens, European democracy will remain what it has become: a user interface sitting on top of a system that runs for someone else.

An 8-year-old girl and her 4-year-old brother were flying down a snowy hill on an inflatable sled when they lost control and shot straight onto an icy pond. Their parents could only watch and scream as the sled broke through the ice and both children ended up in the freezing water. The kids were terrified, shaking and unable to get themselves back to shore. That’s when five teenage boys nearby heard the commotion and ran toward the pond. 14-year-old Kieran Foley went into the water first while his friends linked together behind him, forming a human chain so the children could be passed safely back toward shore. The mud was so thick it sucked Kieran’s boots off, but he kept going barefoot through the freezing water. He reached 4-year-old RJ first, passed him back through the line, then turned around and went back for his 8-year-old sister Olivia. Together, the boys got both children safely back to their parents. These teenagers were only 14 and 15 years old, but when two little kids went through the ice, they didn’t hesitate. They formed a human chain and went in after them. Those are the types of teenagers the internet should be talking about.

In January 2022, a V-safe participant reported being “completely debilitated” and described chronic fatigue, brain fog, short-term memory loss and chest pain. They also reported having experienced two heart attacks. Then came their plea: “Call me, hear me, help me.” This was submitted directly through V-safe and preserved within the government’s own data.
