Birmingham and Frankfurt will be linked by a digital portal, enabling Brummies to interact with German citizens, which opens in the city centre this week. The Sister Cities Dialogue linking Frankfurt with three of its sister cities has landed in Hippodrome Square, and will go live on Friday (23 October), hosting various interactive sessions until 4 November.
