Be empathetic.
Carnegie wrote that “the only way on earth to influence other people is to talk about what they want and show them how to get it.”

This great message was sent to me by a friend.
Be thankful for what you have; you'll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don't have, you will never, ever have enough.
Sometimes we spend so much time and energy thinking about where we want to go that we don't notice where we happen to be.
One of the main reasons that we lose our enthusiasm in life is because we become ungrateful…we let what was once a miracle become common to us. We get so accustomed to his goodness it becomes a routine.
Be thankful for your allotment in an imperfect world. Though better circumstances can be imagined, far worse are nearer misses than you probably care to realize. Be thankful for life, be thankful for opening your eyesight, to breathe, to walk, to eat, to hear, to speak, to sit, to jump, to dance and the ability to have all your senses.
Enjoy a happy Thanksgiving, #BBN!

And now it's official: TB and Oakland are settled. So MLB will now turn its mind in earnest to expanding by two teams. On the table are Nashville, Portland, Charlotte, Montreal, Salt Lake City and Mexico City.
Nashville seems to be a frontrunner so that leaves one more spot.
The disparity in venues between the @atptour #NittoATPFinals and the @WTA @WTAFinals is both staggering and unfortunate.

John McEnroe says Carlos Alcaraz is ‘one in a billion’ & urges young athletes to go to college:
“I grew up in Queens. The best thing that ever happened to me was not going to a Nick Bollettieri-style camp. I would’ve quit the game at 16 or 17. I love to play other sports.. All studies show, both physically & mentally, it’s healthier for kids to play other sports.. Tennis players are peaking later than they ever did. I think college is an experience that not only do you get to play as a team potentially if you’re in a sport, but you get to grow up a little bit & also have some fun before you work your way into a profession, & you’ll be more prepared to handle it. So I completely disagree with what academies do most often. For every person you hear that succeeds, there’s a million that don’t. Not everyone’s Carlos Alcaraz, he’s one in a billion. He’s just a freak. He’s an incredible player, but most kids have no business doing that.”
