Reporting Scotland tonight claimed Michael Marra was "making a direct appeal" to the Labour Govt for Rosebank to be given the go ahead and an increase in bank levies. Labour revealed banks would face increased levies eleven days ago. Rosebank is hardly news either. Propaganda to make Marra appear influential.
