Critical PHP vulnerabilities to be disclosed tomorrow: php.net/archive/2026.php.
We're working directly with the PHP Foundation to get patched PHP versions into our base images for Laravel Cloud, Forge, and Vapor ASAP.
You may need to redeploy your apps at that time to use these patched versions, but we're also working on the ability to silently patch applications without needing a redeployment.
All customers have been emailed and we will be providing further updates via email as the situation evolves.

Sauna can improve your body composition, metabolism, and fitness levels.
It has shown:
+ Significant decrease in bad cholesterol (total cholesterol and LDL)
+ Transient significant decrease in blood fat (triglycerides)
+ Small increases in good cholesterol (HDL)
These benefits were seen in young men completing 10 sauna sessions (3 x 15 minutes, 2 min cool-downs in between).
In a low powered study (small sample size with additional limitations), research also showed a 1.07% increase in muscle mass & 7.7% increase in bone mineral density. This is based upon 12 days of high-temperature (100°C) long sauna sessions (5 x 10 min each) across 4 weeks.

Introducing Pro-1, an 8b param reasoning model trained using GRPO towards a physics based reward function for protein stability.
It takes in a protein sequence + text description + previous experimental results, reasons over the information given in natural language, and proposes modifications to improve the stability of the given sequence.
