The Rajasthan High Court allowed him only 30 minutes every THREE MONTHS for the next TWO YEARS.
Just 2 hours a year with his own child.
How is a father supposed to maintain a bond with his son when the system allows him just 30 minutes every 90 days?
And we talk about a child’s right to have BOTH parents in their life.

If your wife’s lawyer sends you a legal notice full of allegations of dowry harassment, domestic violence, bla bla bla, remember one thing.
Most of the time, the lawyer will also tell you, “Take your wife back, otherwise we will initiate court proceedings or criminal cases against you.”
There is a simple technique to counter such a notice.
Just reply in two lines:
“Dear Learned Counsel, I have spent 7 years with my wife, not you. I understand my wife, I love her a lot, and I request you not to interfere in my family matter. She went to her parental home of her own wish, and I respect her wish. She is my wife, and she is free to return to our matrimonial home whenever she wishes.”
Just see what happens next.
The entire lawyer-driven system will be left hanging.
Most of the time, you and your lawyer do exactly the opposite. You start making counter-allegations, send another notice, and pour oil into the fire.
Give the fire a chance to grow on its own, not through your mouth.
Sometimes, your silence and a simple reply can do what ten pages of counter-allegations cannot.

In India, under the name of women empowerment and women-centric laws, a massacre of men is taking place.
This was not a suicide. This was a state-sponsored murder.
Sambhav Jain was expected to pay ₹3 crore for a failed and broken marriage. He had already paid ₹1 crore. But apparently, that was not enough for the woman or the law.
Under this immense pressure and constant struggle, Sambhav took his own life.
I am sure the #Milord who passed the ridiculous order directing him to pay ₹3 crore in alimony must be very happy, because thanks to that order, another ATM has now been shut down.
