The prepper in me freaked out momentarily, but commonsense says this is something all military bases should be capable of. Long overdue prep vs impending doom. Take a breath.

NOT a Texas father! He is an ILLEGAL ALIEN from Mali with a final order of removal from a judge, who said he’s homosexual in order to dodge deportation - despite having a wife and two kids at home. Wonder why @60Minutes didn’t ask him about that.
A Texas father who had lived in the U.S. for 25 years with no criminal record was finishing his night shift as an Uber driver when immigration agents detained him. Without being able to speak to his lawyer or a judge, he was put on a plane and sent first to Ghana, a country where he had no ties. He was then sent to his home country, despite a determination by a U.S. immigration court judge that he could not be deported there due to likely persecution. cbsn.ws/3Ude66r

Who invented clothes? Evolutionists have written papers about when humans supposedly invented clothing. For instance, on April 25, 2023, a paper was published in the Smithsonian Magazine titled, “When Did Clothing Originate.” The author used the evolution story (yes, it’s a fairy tale), discussing archaeological evidence based on man’s fallible dating methods to suggest clothing was invented hundreds of thousands of years ago by humans dealing with the cold. Secular evolutionists, of course, must explain everything in the light of their atheistic worldview of millions of years and slow and gradual evolution, concluding that, at some point, humans evolved the intelligence to fashion clothes from animal skins and other available materials. Now, humans making clothing is not a problem to explain from a biblical worldview. In fact, God’s Word gives us the true account of the origin of clothing going back about 6,000 years. The first clothes humans (Adam and Eve) wore were made from fig leaves. “[The woman] took from its fruit and ate; and she gave also to her husband with her, and he ate. And the eyes of both of them were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves loin coverings” (Genesis 3:6–7). But God gave Adam and Eve different clothes. “Then Yahweh God made garments of skin for Adam and his wife, and He clothed them” (Genesis 3:21). Clothing was invented not because we were cold, as evolutionists suggest, but because of sin and shame. Mankind was originally created naked and unashamed, but after their sin, they tried to cover over that sin and shame with fig leaves. But God himself made them clothes when he killed an animal—the first animal death in God’s “very good” creation. These clothes and the sacrifice and spilled blood of that animal (or animals) covered over their sin and shame. God taught Adam and Eve that they couldn’t cover their sin. Only God could do that. When God made clothes from coats of skins, he was setting up the sacrificial system. He killed animals and clothed Adam and Eve. The first blood sacrifice as a covering for their sin, a picture of what was to come in Jesus Christ, the lamb of God who came to take away the sin of the world. A sinner can’t pay the penalty for sin. So God stepped into human history in the person of his Son, to be born of a virgin, the sinless perfect Son of God. He became a man as God, the God-man. He lived a sinless life and died on a cross. But He rose from the dead. That means he has ultimate power, the power over death. He suffered the penalty for our sin and paid our debt on that cross. He offers a free gift of salvation to those who will repent of the sin and receive this free gift.

Per the reporting on my town’s square and barricading off of the largest polling location in the county (which is open 3 more hours than other sites) — I’m told despite having a record high turnout county-wide yesterday for an early voting period, our city hall location had the lowest. Yesterday our town hall polling location was down 40% from its normal weekly hourly averages and - 20% overall. And yes, the entrances around city hall were blocked (particularly in the front) as you can see below.

FORTRESS: The Pentagon is preparing every major U.S. military base to survive 90 days without outside support — no civilian power grid, no global supply chains, no outside fuel or water. The initiative, revealed in documents reviewed by Fox News Digital, envisions portable nuclear reactors, massive battery storage, and microgrids that can disconnect installations from civilian electricity entirely. Strategic reserves of munitions, fuel, critical minerals, and medical supplies would be stockpiled based on wartime consumption rates. Civilian factories are being pre-identified to shift to defense production during a crisis. Pentagon chief spokesperson Sean Parnell put it bluntly: "Power is combat now. Without electricity, you lose communications, water, logistics, assembly lines and just basic military command structures." Full story here foxnews.com/politics/inside-…

This is true. It’s my town square and many friends are taking photos and posting them to the city FB page. Incredibly poor planning. All of the handicap spots by our city hall, where we actually enter to vote, are also blocked. I personally spoke with several people who could not find parking to vote today.
🚨BREAKING🚨Voter Suppression??Southlake, Texas, residents are FURIOUS that a Hindu Diwali festival is restricting access to the Town Hall early voting location. Southlake is heavily Republican city. We are reaching out to the Mayor for comment. @Carlos__Turcios @DallasExpress

BREAKING: UK government urges citizens to stockpile at least 3 days of emergency food & water amid the global cybersecurity crisis.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The UK government's advice to have 3 days of emergency supplies on hand is not directly related to current cybersecurity issues. Recent cybersecurity incidents were referenced as an example of unexpected events that can occur, not as a direct reason to stockpile supplies. bbc.com/news/articles/… bbc.com/news/articles/…

The image shows the Falcons' original crest, used from 1966 to 2003, over the stripe pattern of the team's 1966–69 red helmet. The team posted it Oct. 21 as a new profile picture. It brings back an early team design and is not a new logo. fox5atlanta.com/news/falcons-p… atlantafalcons.com/news/falcons-t…
