@zoom Please fix your Outlook Calendar Plug-in so it works with Yahoo and change your BS Support "policy"! Or change Customer Support to Customer Frustration because that is all you do!!

Your decision to fill middle seats and not 100% enforce face masks (I mean ban all customers who won’t wear masks) is your choice. What is my choice is to not let my employees/contractors fly on @AmericanAir (and @united). My employees will fly on @Delta and @SouthwestAir !
