The incomparable Ken provides an extraordinarily vivid example of how McAlberts lie by quoting out of context.

Appears Ken has an issue with the truth. Those are not my words. I’m quoting someone else. Also, the words themselves express the opposite of what you’re pretending they express.
Typical extreme dishonesty. Ken’s trademark.

“a system that treated her death with a level of indifference that should outrage every person who believes in justice”
SANDRA BIRCHMORE: BETRAYED IN LIFE. DEVALUED IN DEATH. The medical examiner's testimony in the federal murder trial of Matthew Farwell is nothing short of staggering.
What we are witnessing is not simply a series of investigative shortcomings. It is an extraordinary indictment of the institutions entrusted with investigating Sandra's death, including the Massachusetts Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
Before issuing the May 6, 2021 ruling concerning Sandra Birchmore's death, the medical examiner acknowledged among other things, having no DNA evidence whatsoever. No information about DNA on Sandra's underwear. None concerning the ligature. Nothing. A trove of missed evidence resulted in Capó Martínez often testifying she was blind to any evidence pointing to a potential homicide or suspicious death.
Sandra Birchmore was sexually exploited in life. And in death, she was further exploited by the very institutions and investigators whose solemn obligation was to investigate her death with diligence, independence, and an unwavering commitment to the truth.
This is an absolute, unmitigated travesty. A grotesque distortion of what the Massachusetts criminal justice system is supposed to represent.
The failures exposed in the courtroom before federal investigators intervened demand accountability at every level.
Sandra was not merely a body to be examined, a case to be closed, or an inconvenient death to be explained away for the protection of others. She was a human being whose life had value, whose death demanded answers, and whose dignity deserved protection.
Instead, the testimony is exposing a system that treated her death with a level of indifference that should outrage every person who believes in justice.
Sandra Birchmore deserved justice in life. She deserved a thorough and impartial investigation in death. The Commonwealth failed her in both. It's indefensible.

“Infinitesimal” is the right word to describe the odds of a car hitting your hand so hard that it breaks the glass you’re holding and also dents the car while also not breaking and cutting your hand.

Also: no bits of plastic on his skin. No bits of his skin on the plastic. Both of those things would happen. “Every contact leaves a trace.”
They love this talking point and they’ll block anyone who points out the main reason it doesn’t work.
Proctor was already there when Barros arrived. Proctor had a chance to walk to the car and break off a cracked piece and put it in his pocket.

"How many women"
A really good point. Notice how the Read and Birchmore cases are alike:
- A cop killed someone.
- Other cops protected the killer cop, and instead the killing was blamed on an innocent woman. And a key part of the accusation is to paint the woman as crazy.
Nice strawman argument. It’s not that a car hitting you always breaks bones. It’s that if an arm and taillight collide with enough force to shatter the taillight, the taillight will shatter the arm.
That’s why Hank hid the x-rays from Jud. That’s why Jud did zero impact tests.

It’s also why they’re able to show us zero examples of anyone hit by a car and has an arm that looks like John’s arm.

“By 5:46 the piece of taillight is found”
You don’t know that, because there’s no documentation recording that time, and you cannot name the witness who supposedly found anything at that time.
2/11/20: Farwell and Birchmore discussed him raping her when she was 15. They also discussed this months later.
8/18/21: Fanning said he had “access to approximately 12 months of iMessages.”
Why didn’t Fanning arrest him? Luckily for Farwell he wasn’t a journalist annoying Jen.
Fanning, 8/16/21: "Sandra's laptop gave me access to approximately 12 months of iMessages."
Guarino, 10/15/26: "He [Fanning] was manually going through all the messages. Sandra backed up every message … it was a complete backup."
They pretended the older messages didn't exist.

“O'Keefe's phone recorded its final movement seconds after Karen Read's Lexus reversed”
The actual number of “seconds” is more than ninety, which is sufficient to prove there was no collision.
Very important for @TeamFUKR et al to pretend to not know what we learned in a recent FOIA release: according to Whiffin, the phone was handled at 12:33:14. This proves there was no collision. xitter.cf/jukeboxgrad/status/206…

So you think it’s possible to break plexiglass with your arm without breaking your arm. But you’ve never done it. Why not? Imagine how famous you’ll be when you do something no human has done.
Those karate demonstrations never use plexiglass. Do you know why?
Whiffin said JO's phone moved at 12:33:14. This proves there was no collision. That's why the McAlberts say the phone stopped moving at 12:32. Take @Randall145695, who says that incessantly. And of course blocks you if you show proof the claim is false.
This is how they operate.

A long time ago, Ian Whiffin himself said phone location data can be "wildly inaccurate." So it was always foolish to rely on JO's phone data as supposed proof he wasn't in the house. This just underlines that.

This is INSANE. So much to unpack. How the heck did we not see this at trial??? This completely debunks the Commonwealth’s narrative that John O’Keefe’s iPhone GPS location data possessed the accuracy and precision to discernibly place him outside the house. If that’s the case, then why does Jen McCabe’s phone location data show her even FARTHER outside of the house during time periods she was allegedly inside??

“Having a collection is highly suspicious”
But Brian Albert getting rid of his phone the day before a judge ordered him to not get rid of his phone is not? Thanks for clearing that up.
Such a classic McAlbert move for @Randall145695 to ask a question, pretending he’s actually interested in an answer, while also blocking me to prevent me from answering.
