I already actually TURN OFF my TV every time. If you dont, youre dumb. The TV 'sleeps' and listens, sends data via your network and more (you dont want to know what more). I've already 'cracked' and debloated my TV but I still turn it OFF every time. Takes a couple of seconds more to turn on again but prevents the tv from sending data.

Remember when @virginmedia used to get awards for great customer service and be the best company for loyal customers? Something changed years ago and people i know avoid VM like the plague... They also cancelled a number of broadband contracts for residential properties because i managed all of them and had a single mobile number provided for contact 😅 idiots.
