14 year old girls cannot give consent to sex in the UK.
⚖️⚠️The trial of two Afghan migrants accused of repeatedly raping and assaulting a 14YO girl on a train began today. Baryalai Rahimi, 25, & Mirebadurahman Sadat, 29, deny 20 charges of attacking the girl on a Southeastern train from Kent to London in February. The pair were aided in court by Dari and Farsi interpreters, and claim the girl instigated and consented to what happened. The trial continues at Inner London Crown Court and is expected to last three weeks.

When you think you can't be shocked anymore
Next is Rona Duwe (@ronalyze) with some recent German news. A police man raped a 14 year old girl, had sexual abuse material featuring toddlers and dogs. He was treated as a female rapist in court. His teenage victim was reprimanded for calling him "he" in court. He will likely end up in a women's prison. She mentions the Hate Review by @RemyBonny and his friends at Forbidden Colours that named her personally and called her a "contamination". She describes how her abuse and harassment began: with a book about mothers. There was content that trans activists did not like. They harassed her constantly for years. A €20k publicly funded publication smeared her: harassers are often paid and otherwise supported by the state, says Rona. She gives a brief overview of the most recent drama: see her Substack about the attempt to criminalise her for sharing material detailing the unethical processes used by activist medical professionals.

The gender identity ideologues in the UK are grinding their teeth in fury. Why oh why will those pesky women not shut up and give in? Why oh why do the media keep printing their words? Having failed dismally to slap us down under civil law, they’re now trying the criminal law — they want to prosecute parents, teachers, therapists, charities — anyone who refuses to do their bidding. Anyone who says “No, we do not believe what you want us to believe!” And they’ve given their Bill a lying name to confuse the public. Their “Conversion Practices” Bill would put us all at risk of a jail sentence. “Conversion practices”?? Actual conversion practices are already illegal — and rightly so! Know what? I’d happily go to jail if this insane Bill is passed. And i know thousands of other women — and some men — feel the same. We will never shut up!

Don't suppose it will come as a surprise to anyone that the @cabinetofficeuk has upheld its refusal to answer our FOI about the validity of the research being used to justify the dangerous Conversion Practices Bill. They say: Having reviewed your request for an internal review, we have decided to uphold our initial decision to withhold this information under S35(1)a. The release of this information would undermine our ability to develop policy confidentially, including confidential discussions between officials and Ministers. We are confident that the public interest test set out in our original response remains appropriate. All details of our request are here whatdotheyknow.com/request/r… We'll be appealing to the Information Commissioner. Greatful for any advice @MyFOIA.
So we've asked for an internal review of the @cabinetofficeuk's refusal to give us the information. Dear Cabinet Office, I am writing to request an internal review of Cabinet Office's handling of my FOI request 'Research base for the Conversion Practices draft bill'. I do not believe the exemption applies, and to the extent that it may apply to any of the information sought, it does not apply to all of it. The first 2 questions in my FOI concern matters of fact, so there would seem to be no reason to exempt them. I understand that access to the research and analysis on which decisions are being based was one of the basic arguments for FoI. This is fundamentally distinct from advice and discussion. The final question does involve advice and discussions etc. However, legislation has now been published, which I understand weakens the argument about Ministers' need for a safe space for discussion. In addition, the public interest in understanding how this particular legislation came to be drafted is exceptionally strong. Unlike most legislation that is passed, this Bill seeks to criminalise potentially everyone in the country for having normal conversations. The Bill seeks to criminalise routine discussions between parents and their children, doctors and their patients, therapists and their clients, teachers and their pupils, workmates and their colleagues, employers and their staff, social workers and the families they work with. It will also potentially criminalise organisations such as our own, Lesbian Persisitence, when carrying out our wholly legal campaigning work, or supporting detransitioners. It could also criminalise detransitioners who speak out about the medical treatments they have experienced and the effect that had on them. It will allow anybody - with or without a personal interest in the case - to bring a prosecution against someone they consider has misspoken. It will allow the courts to issue CPPOs which will have the effect of mandating or restricting daily behaviour, dictating family relationships and conversations, and criminalising any deviation, despite the actions involved not otherwise being criminal, including actions and conversations that many see as normal safeguarding. It will likely lead to significant numbers of children being taken into care (as has happened elsewhere in the world). The potential impact of the Bill is therefore extraordinarily wide ranging, and will bring almost everyone into its ambit, despite them having no criminal intention. In the circumstances, we believe that the public interest in understanding the details of how this Bill came about should be paramount.

I do strangulation exams as part of my job. I have taken extensive training in strangulation and am qualified to testify as an expert in strangulation cases. The general public has no idea how bad this epidemic has become, how many women and girls this is happening to, or how dangerous this is. I share facts about it sometimes like men who strangle women are twice as likely to be involved in a mass shooting or to kill a cop. Women who are strangled by their partners are 750% more likely to be killed by that partner. I tell people that death by strangulation can occur in just minutes, under a minute if you hit the right nerve bundles that lead to certain arrhythmias. I also tell them that a woman can die from a strangulation event up to one year after the event and that a pregnant woman who has been strangled is at high risk of pregnancy loss for weeks after the strangulation event. Strangulation can lead to brain damage, physical disability, stroke, pregnancy loss, and death. I tell people that there is no safe way to strangle and that nobody has the ability to consent to being murdered, and consent is not an excuse for murder, if someone were to consent to this it is incumbent on the would be murderer to use self discipline and restraint, because a person’s “consent” to being murdered is not going to be recognized by any court as a legitimate excuse. Nobody can consent to being killed. When I tell people these things, a very few are appreciative, mostly women, some are interested, men and women, and some attack me for being stupid and not knowing what I am talking about, apparently days of professional training and hundreds of exams performed mean nothing to the “experts” of X. Those that attack are mostly men. Some argue with me about dumb things, like my insistence to call strangulation what it is. Strangulation is not choking, choking is not strangulation, these are two different types of ways to block an airway but they are not the same. That is what people argue with me about the most. They insist on using incorrect language and then provide me with a weak google link picture of a choke hold to try to prove it’s the same. So then it becomes me explaining that a choke hold is called a chokehold but it is not choking it is strangulation and that blows their minds and I am met with silence or swears. This is an incredibly important issue that needs to be discussed but it is very contentious and the defenders of strangulation can turn into rabid dogs very quickly. Anyway, I just wanted to tell you that I really appreciate the effort you are taking here, that you are raising awareness and that you are using accurate language and data. It’s really important that we change the narrative around this subject. I would like to share this resource with you, I’m not sure if you are aware of them or not, but this was the group that did my training on strangulation. They go all over the US teaching medical professionals and law enforcement about strangulation and they have a ton of information and resources on their website. You might find them useful. Thank you for talking about this. strangulationtraininginstitu…

We'd like to thank Wilfred for this perfect encapsulation of grooming & gaslighting. Independent women who refuse to bend to men's sexual violence perversions are broken old "prudes". They are probably lesbians to boot & hate men. Cool or "down" girls like "to be taken hard" possibly with a hand on the neck. If you want to be a cool girl, says Wilf, you will submit to him & his kind. Young, vulnerable women get this message. They don't want to seem broken or frigid, they want to be liked. Be a young "prude" who resists being hurt in the bedroom and you'll end up like those shrivelled, joyless hags who want to spoil sexual fun. If you submit the men will "support" you - ie shag you. If you resist, you are only good for social isolation ("get thee to a nunnery"). It's the same way men have always tried to make cracks in feminism. Tell the young girls that no one will fancy or love them if they listen to the older, more experienced women. This is, of course, pure Tate. The wannabe "nice" men in the Greens & Lib Dems (hello, James and Stephen) think they are granting women "autonomy". They aren't. They are part of the problem.

Amy Hamm, a nurse and single mother, was dragged through a modern-day witch trial for saying that men are not women. Her profession was a nurse, yet she was called "unprofessional" by the BC College of Nurses and Midwives for understanding biology. She lost her career overnight and has been ordered to pay $94,000 in costs. She will be appealing the decision in a little over a week. I stand with Amy Hamm. ✊🏻 #IStandWithAmyHamm
November 10, 12 & 13: The dates of my appeal trial at the BC Supreme Court. I am appealing a ruling that found me guilty of "unprofessional conduct" for advocating for the rights of women and children in my off-duty time. My regulator, the BC College of Nurses, investigated me at the behest of a cancellation mob after receiving complaints from members of the public I've never met. I have never had a patient complaint. I was dragged through years of disciplinary hearings, lasting longer than a murder trial. (My fight was made possible by @JCCFCanada and @LDBildy.) After my guilty verdict, I was told I would face a 1 month suspension and had to pay $94,000 to the BCCNM. My employer of 13 years, Vancouver Coastal Health, fired me with no severance, and no way to even collect EI. I was a single mom with 2 young boys. The suspension and $94k was put on hold for the appeal. My name is blacklisted and I essentially was pushed out of the profession entirely. I first noticed the rise of gender ideology a decade ago, and I was fascinated and repulsed that women were being told to shut up about their experiences to make way for people who identify as us. Then I came to understand that paediatric "gender affirming care" is a terrible medical scandal, probably worse than the lobotomy. I began to write about the topic and, with another BC woman, began to organize events to discuss gender ideology. We faced vicious threats, protests, and attempts to shut us down. Later, of course, I was involved in a billboard project that drew a lot of ire from trans activists. Never could I have imagined that life would go in this direction: being smeared as a bigot across the country; losing my career and long-term financial stability; and spending 6+ years in a protracted legal battle. I'm still fighting because I care about the truth, free speech (for all of us, but especially for regulated professionals, who don't deserve to be policed in their private lives and forced to go along with state orthodoxy), and women's rights. Please follow along for updates.

A lot of us were very willing to have a debate without heat, @stonewalluk, and the reason that never happened wasn't because gender critical feminists didn't want one. While we were trying to get you to listen to our concerns, your former CEO was telling a BBC boss that gay people not wanting to include the opposite sex in their dating pool was 'sexual racism'. While we were pointing out the homophobia inherent in gender ideology, Stonewall ambassador Alex Drummond (a bearded, heterosexual man who'd had no surgery and taken no cross-sex hormones but liked wearing skirts), was going into schools to talk to students about his 'lesbian' identity. @BluskyeAllison, who actually is a lesbian, was subject to unlawful discrimination at her place of work for tweeting: ‘Stonewall recently hired Morgan Page, a male bodied person who ran workshops with the sole aim of coaching heterosexual men who identify as lesbians on how they can coerce young lesbians into having sex with them. Page called [it] “overcoming the cotton ceiling”.’ When the UK Supreme Court upheld women's right to single sex spaces, you issued a statement expressing your unhappiness about the ruling. In her report on your unhappy influence at the University of Essex, you were found by barrister @akuareindorf to have misrepresented the law as it related to women's rights: '[Stonewall have] stated the law as Stonewall would prefer it to be, rather than the law as it is’. In 2018, you publicly advised schools to shred a research pack saying there were risks to puberty blockers, in spite of the fact that you aren't a medical charity and that there was already credible evidence that puberty blockers are neither irreversible nor harm-free. Meanwhile you produced your own educational packs, recommending a children's book, for ages 5-9, in which the parent 'is neither a man, nor a woman – they’re non-binary.' In July 2022, Stonewall sent out a tweet that read ‘Research suggests that children as young as two recognise their trans identity'. @thetimes has reported how you've sought to control the language used by NHS trusts and government on their social-media accounts. Organisations would get points from you for replacing commonly understood words with ideologically approved terms, eg, 'birthing parent' instead of 'mother'. thetimes.com/uk/society/arti… In short, you took a maximalist position on gender identity ideology, which you attempted to enforce by diktat. You refused to acknowledge that you'd hitched your wagon to a cause that, unlike civil rights, gay rights or women's rights, sought to strip rights from others. You sought to curtail everyone's right to freedom of speech and belief by controlling what it was permissible to think and say, through the management and political class. You have argued against women's and girl's rights to their own spaces, their sports and to assemble without men. Your former CEO tried to shame gay women/men into dating the opposite sex if the latter claimed to be female/male. Your mantra was 'no debate' because, like all totalitarians, you preferred slogans, bullying and infiltration of powerful institutions to talking to opponents. You appear to have had no concern for the lowly people your ideology was harming: gender confused kids, female rape victims, female prisoners, regular people hounded and investigated at their places of work for refusing to accept the new mandates on sex and gender issued from on high. Your 'activism' has been a disaster for those trans-identified people who really do just want to get on with their lives in peace. You have besmirched the name of an organisation many of us were once proud to donate to, the charity that was partly responsible for securing the legal right of gay people to marry, which a lot of us thought would never happen in our lifetimes. The milquetoast words quoted below do not erase a decade of gender activism that has been disastrous not only for individuals but for society as a whole. There was once a debate to be had, but until you acknowledge the direct harm you've caused, it is no more possible to debate you than to persuade a person in the throes of a drug-induced psychosis that they are not, in fact, the reincarnated Christ.

How can Kellie-Jay expect fair treatment from the police if @metpoliceuk officers are allowed to hiss at her name in a DEI session?
Detective Constable Melanie Newman alleges that the Met Police created a ‘hostile environment’ for people with gender-critical views….. The hearing also heard from Newman how at one point the audience at the Transgender Day of Visibility “hissed” when the name of a prominent gender-critical campaigner, Posie Parker, was mentioned. telegraph.co.uk/news/2025/03…

But men can’t produce enough milk to keep a baby alive. How on earth is the small amount they produce able to shift according to the babies needs? There has been zero research on this. One man claimed to feed a baby for six weeks - this was his self report alone, not witnessed. Men cannot sustain life in this way. They just can’t. Why are others so dedicated to arguing they can?
Do you know how the body just "knows" what the baby need in their milk by magic but only if you have external female genitalia ? When you breastfeed, no matter gender or sex, the infant's saliva enters the body, and the brain responds to it by producing different milks

It’s seriously wild that Parliament has heard detailed statements on, amongst other things: the Holocaust, the Omagh bombing, Hillsborough, Aberfan, & the 7/7 terrorist attacks. But the only time in 200 years they’ve needed a trigger warning was @Jebadoo2 pitching up to tell them it was wrong to sterilise autistic gay teenagers.

In August 2025 the ERHC told The City of London that its trans inclusion policy was breaching the law. It quietly shelved the policy but decided to carry on with allowing trans-identifying men into the women's pond. Next week it wll have to defend this decision in court.

Congratulations to Wendy, Phoebe and our sisters at Women Of Wessex. You took on Bristol City Council, refused to be silenced, and won. The Council has withdrawn every allegation, lifted the bans, and issued an unreserved apology. They have now formally accepted that gender-critical beliefs are protected and that simply expressing them is not misconduct. This is a real victory…not just for the two of you, but for every woman who has been punished for saying what is true. Thank you for your courage. We’re proud to stand with you. 💚🤍💜

Gendered Intelligence is telling service providers that they can still allow men into women's services as long as they describe them as "single-gender" instead of "single-sex". This is known as the "Hampstead Ponds gambit" and it will be tested in court next week.
Sex Matters is going to court on 3rd and 4th of November. The case is about the meaning of a black-and-white sign, and the black-and-white law behind it. Donate to support our case: sex-matters.org/take-action/… sex-matters.org/posts/update…
