I never thought she'd ever leave these spaces. I just hoped for accountability within them. I've made peace with co-existing in this world, but how is someone who had a PPO against them STILL on your Editorial Board for a journal on INTERPERSONAL VIOLENCE.

Them: We’re short staffed. We don’t have teachers, bus drivers, restaurant workers, delivery persons, nursing aides… people don’t want to work!
Me: It could be that… or maybe it’s that 715,000 people have died…& currently another 1 is dying every 47seconds. They were “staff”

Unpopular message coming in 3, 2, 1. In public health, you have to meet people where they are. Some will never get vaccinated. Shaming them wont help. We must provide them with alt tools to control spread. Mask, ventilation, distancing, testing, tracing, isolation still work.
