I believe in creating a brand instead of just a tool. I respect the “I’ll build a tool” mentality but it’s not for me.
I think a SaaS that pops but has an actual brand will always be more valuable compared to: generateAIcontent(dot)com.
Imagine that would be @higgsfield 👀😂
Cheers to that ☕️

Shoutout to @wickedguro, his content made me realize:
💾 I can do pSEO in my niche as well → Started this already.
🤖 My app was built in an agentic-first approach but not marketed that way → Fixed that.
🦄 There are still niches within my market I can target → Published more content.
✒️ Purely AI-generated content is not the way to go → Fixed that entirely.
Now I’m focusing on widening my reach within these niches and building out the content. The biggest help is two systems that I built for myself:
🖲️ Automated content creation system in my tone of voice, optimized, not “AI-generated”
✅ A review system that keeps me from forgetting things and gives me an easy way to check everything before it goes live.
I plan to publish articles on both systems in the future. That’s something you don’t wanna miss! My fuel? Good coffee
A client of mine is working with a custom version of this and they love it. The company knowledge aka wiki is their favorite part.
No matter which AI tool they are in, it’s connected via MCP and knows from what they talk about which info about a client or a process to look up.

Run your back office on Backbone.
• Time tracking made easy
• Invoices that write themselves
• Books that are ready before you ask
• Company knowledge at your fingertips
Your agents work. You approve.
First I thought all these things don’t matter for me and then I realized I’m somewhat of a dev now 😮😂
Luckily my best employee (his name is Claude Van Damn) came in clutch and saved the day.

Fun fact, I’m kind of a developer now and actually had to deal with this, even on a client project I built 😂
Not just PHP. Node.js has also announced security releases for October 21, with HIGH-severity vulnerabilities affecting its 26.x, 24.x and 22.x release lines.
If you run either stack in production, keep an eye on official advisories and apply patches promptly.
Security maintenance doesn't stop at your application code. Your runtime matters too.

Back to Marketing today!
📰 Working on more blog posts and articles
🤖 Improving the showcase of the agentic features
✏️ Writing Reddit replies
🔍 Analyzing what brings impressions/clicks to go deeper into those niches
I've built quite a good system for writing better blog posts and reviewing things on my website. Will cover both topics in a future article. Both have been a game-changer for me!
Damn, didn’t see that one coming 👀😂

Next board drops tomorrow at 2 PM UTC.
I now feel the urge to make existing things even better because I want that trial to turn into a paying customer 👀😂
Tomorrow I’m back to marketing, I swear!
Is this how it starts with the magic internet money? I just noticed the first-ever trial someone started in my SaaS!
Marketing so far was purely done via SEO/AEO/GEO 😬

New trophy unlocked 🏆
@knackfish earned Click Current: Reach 100 Google Search clicks.
Trophy #7 in their pirate chest.
I strongly disagree when it comes to “normies”. 99,9% of people won’t replace their subscriptions even if they run a company, BUT for us vibecoders, a huge opportunity is coming, as we can not only get paid to build apps for other people but also build apps that replace existing subscriptions of companies because UI/UX is just much better compared to existing apps.
We're gonna see so many vibe coded companies with billion dollar valuations.
As I posted before, I've cancelled almost all of the SaaS subscriptions for my business
The only thing I still pay for as a business:
- AI inference
- Hetzner server hosting
- Cloudflare storage
- Backblaze backups
- Taxes
Now I started cancelling personal subscriptions too and just vibecoding my own versions or using Claude to take an open source project that does the same and then customize it for myself
All I still pay for personally is:
- Claude Code
- YouTube (content)
- Spotify (content)
- Starlink (internet)
- Phone eSIM
- Personal cloud storage
- Electricity and water (utility)
- Taxes
So if we summarize it for both, I only still pay for:
- AI inference
- Content
- Cloud storage & hosting
- Connectivity
- Electricity & water
- Taxes
So to summarize all my money now goes to:
- Content
- Data centers
- Power plants + water
- Governments
I think we'll be facing a tidal wave of cancellations once people find out how much money they can save
It's just how the economy works

Same here, and I also build my own tool for this. AI for extraction, renaming of files (so my bookkeeper has less work and charges me less), exporting structure I want, and a Checklist to not miss anything!

My 404 page looks stunning with this real, copyright-free artwork I found from the NGA.
Funny enough, the artist's first name: Claude 🙃
