Be it a queue near the gate at an airport, getting into 2AC or first AC coach of a train or going through a toll gate. I don't know why many in India have this scarcity mindset and act as if they are waiting in line for food like a flood victim. You have 1000 rupees on you to spend on food & ice cream but still stand in line along with another 500 people just because someone is giving free 20 rupees ice-cream. Until this changes, no amount of reforms by any Government will make no difference whatsoever
