Disappointed with @KentROSystems. A set of filters have run out of their life in just about 5 months. I suspect that the technician purposefully tuned it to shed more water out of the RO than needed thus making the filter run a lot longer and hitting their hours threshold. Scam.

The technician was pushing hard for me taking their AMC which I refused. This is how @KentROSystems punishes their customers to ensure a higher revenue stream.
