Islamists who still call Christians “Dhimmis” are saying this, implicitly: “Dear Christians, we don’t support attacking you but if you’re attacked, no Muslim will be executed if you’re killed, because you are second class. That is the fairness of Sharia, as we interpret it. You’ll always be second class. But hey we don’t condone attacking you. Even so, you remain second class, and inferior to Muslims.” This is what they mean. I know it, because I swallowed this evil when I was young. By the grace of God, I put this kind of belief where it truly belongs, in the garbage can.

كلمة من القلب إلى جماعة الإخوان المسلمين الإرهابية، وإلى كل أنصارها من دعاة التطرف والكراهية. 🌹 عزيزي الإخونجي، أتفهّم غضبك وغيظك من اجتماع أصحاب الضمائر الحية على التضامن مع أحبائنا المسيحيين في الأردن، ومواساتهم في مصابهم الجلل، والدعاء بالرحمة لشهدائهم، شهداء الأردن العزيز. أعرف أنك تتمنى أن يسود خطابك المشبع بالكراهية بين المسلمين، وأدرك تمامًا حجم الغيظ الذي يعتصر قلبك حين ترى أصحاب النفوس السوية ينتفضون في وجه خطابك الإسلامي المتطرف، ويرفضون أن تكون الكراهية عنوانًا لدينهم أو مستقبلًا لأوطانهم. وبالعافية على قلبك! عزيزي الإخونجي، كل من تسللت إلى نفسه لوثة التطرف الإسلامي، ثم حاربها وانتصر عليها، وأنا أتشرف بأنني واحد من هؤلاء، يعرف جيدًا سر حقدك على كل دولة تقف بحزم في وجه الفكر الإخواني، وعلى رأسها دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، التي قدّمت نموذجًا يُحتذى به للدول العربية والإسلامية في التسامح والتعايش بين أتباع الأديان. وصدقني يا عزيزي الإخونجي، أعرف أنك تشتم الإمارات وحكامها في النهار، وتتمنى أن تجد فرصة للعمل فيها في الليل! وأعرف أنك قد تستعين بالأقارب والمعارف بحثًا عن واسطة تفتح لك أبوابها، لأنك تدرك في قرارة نفسك أن هذه الدولة المباركة، تحت قيادة سيدي صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن زايد آل نهيان، قد بنت نموذجًا حضاريًا لا مكان فيه للكراهية بين مواطنيه ومقيميه؛ وطنًا يحتضن أكثر من 200 جنسية، تعيش فيه بعزّة وكرامة وأمن وازدهار. فالحمد لله على نعمة الإمارات، وعلى نعمة القيادة التي تبني الأوطان بينما ينشغل غيرها بهدمها. عزيزي الإخونجي، لا يُنبئك مثل خبير! ولا يعرف خبث تعاليمك الاستعلائية، وخطورة عقائدك المتطرفة، وتوظيفك لمفاهيم الولاء والبراء والتكفير واحتقار غير المسلمين، مثل إنسان عاش يومًا أسيرًا لهذه الأفكار، ثم أكرمه الله بأن يلفظ سمومها من قلبه وعقله. وأبشّرك بأن كل صاحب ضمير حي، وكل قلب نقي خدعتموه بشعاراتكم، سيأتي عليه يوم تنكشف له فيه حقيقة هذا الفكر، فيلفظه كما يلفظ الجسد السموم التي تهدد حياته. عزيزي الإخونجي، أعرف أنك تستغل سماحة الغرب وانفتاح مجتمعاته لتبث سمومك، وتحاول أدلجة مؤسساته تحت شعارات سياسية وحقوقية براقة، بينما يجهل كثيرون حقيقة مشروعك الفكري وما تخفيه خلف تلك الشعارات. لكن هيهات أن تنجو أفكارك من المواجهة، أو أن تمرّ سمومك دون أن تجد من يكشفها ويحذّر منها! وسأظل أحذّر من عقيدتك المتطرفة، ومن كل فكر يعادي السلام بين الشعوب، حتى ألقى الله، إلهي وخالقي، وقد بذلت ما أستطيع في سبيل أن أرى سلامًا دائمًا بين المسلمين والمسيحيين واليهود في الشرق الأوسط، سلامًا تتحرر فيه الأجيال القادمة من عقائد الكراهية التي زرعها الإخوان المسلمون وأمثالهم. لقد اتخذتَ لنفسك خصمًا عنيدًا، تحرّكه عزيمة لو تعلّقت بالجبال لحرّكتها، ولم تستطع كل حملات التشويه والتحريض التي شننتموها أن تهزّ من ثباته قيد أنملة. لأنه «لا بالقوة ولا بالقدرة، بل بروحي، قال رب الجنود» فمهما اشتدّ تحريضكم، ومهما تعاظمت حملاتكم، لن أتراجع عن الدفاع عن قيم السلام والتعايش والأخوّة بين أبناء إبراهيم. وسنبقى نبني جسور السلام، وستبقون أسرى لجدران الكراهية التي شيّدتموها بأيديكم. والعاقبة للسلام، والخيبة لدعاة الكراهية، بإذن الحي الذي لا يموت. 🌹

🚨Christians are under attack because of radical, extremist teachings. Islamists and Muslim Brotherhood activists have been messaging me over the past couple of days with words like “you're a traitor” ever since I condemned the terrorist attack in Jordan. True. I betrayed the values of radical Islam that teach hatred against Jews and Christians. I betrayed values that dehumanize Christians and Jews. I am a Muslim who was indoctrinated with those sickening values and I had the courage to put them under my feet. This is why I keep warning the West, and those who indulge terrorist groups like the Muslim Brotherhood, to see the danger they pose.

🚨🇯🇴 My deepest condolences to our Christian brothers and sisters in Jordan, after seven Christians were murdered in front of their church. Please accept me in full honesty: if we do not name the source of this and say plainly that there is extremism within Islam, born of radical religious interpretations driven by the Muslim Brotherhood, a terrorist organization, and its affiliates, who dehumanize Jews, Christians, and others, then we will not solve this permanently. Indulging hate produces violence driven by that hatred. This hatred begins with dehumanizing Jews and Israelis, and ends with dehumanizing Christians and killing them as they pray in their churches. If you were to ask me what Jesus said and warned his followers that they would be persecuted for their faith, I would never have imagined that this would happen at the hands of those who "claim" to love and honor him. May the memory of those who were killed be a blessing, may God's mercy be upon their souls, and my deepest condolences to the people of Jordan and to King Abdullah. 🙏🏼

Dear @elonmusk, as an Arab Muslim peace advocate, I second everything you've said here. The war against radical Islamists is not a war against Muslims. Millions of reasonable, moderate Muslims are out there, and the UAE stands as the role model for what a Muslim-majority nation can be. As for Israel, it has two million Arab citizens who enjoy rights that many can only dream of in other parts of the Arab world. Israel is not at war with Muslims, it is at war with fanatical radical terrorists like Hamas. Elon, the Abraham Accords are the future of this region. Muslim-Jewish reconciliation and Arab-Israeli normalization are the only path to a stable Middle East, and we need voices like yours.
