Emperor Pedro II's government had a choice. War with Britain. Or end the trade. ⚔️
That September, Brazil banned it. Within two years the trade was dead. 🕊️

This week it was revealed that there are now 17 bureaucrats paid over a million dollars each to manage your taxpayer dollars that will fund the very same bureaucrats pension.
While hard working Aussie battlers have their pension capped at around $30,000 subject to a miserable income and assets test, elite bureaucrats will be paid much more with no means testing whatsoever.
As per figures released by the Finance Department the cost of the bureaucratic gold plated pension scheme was going to be $334 billion for just 164,000 bureaucrats, or just over $2 million each.
Western democracy began when the people rejected the hereditary rights of the aristocrats, yet here we are in the 21st century with unelected bureaucrats enriching themselves at our expense.
There is very little between the feudal aristocracy and the unelected bureaucracy.
People First is the only political party that is prepared to end this massive rort by means testing retired bureaucrats just like the rest of us and use the savings to find income tax cuts.

There are now 17 public servants from a single agency, the Future Fund Management Agency, earning more than a million dollars a year, with one being paid $2.2 million (including incentive bonuses) in the last financial year.

What you are watching in France is not the French people failing. It is the end of the globalist project, an abject, quasi-communist dream of a world run by unelected planners. It is collapsing everywhere in Europe at once, and the West has to cut this cancer out before it takes the rest of the body with it.
The peoples of Europe don't want this. They never did.

Decay - this is France and it’s far worse than this … the assaults are horrific.
England, France, Ireland - what happens when western country’s individual respective cultures and history are not respected?
When I see the disasters happening in France, I wonder, where are the men?
The west has deliberately weakened their societies by undermining gender roles and respect for men, women and family. With no family, there is no National pride and cultural identity.
With no borders, there’s no protecting your culture. With weak Government, the public is betrayed. Taxes disappear for no public benefit. Corruption seeps in and decay takes hold. Societal collapse follows - planned.
It is deeply sad.
To rescue from the current state - radical defence of the French (and English) culture is required. It will be unpleasant but the time for generosity and soft diplomatic policy is over. Violence must be met with firm and un-yielding response. When those of non-French ancestry show a lack of respect for French culture and norms, it must be answered, even if it means removal from society - through either deportation or prison.
Weak or corrupt political leaders need to be held to account. The people need to re-take their country back. You have a thousand + years of culture and history to protect.
