There is a pastor in the US called Douglas Wilson, he is as right wing as they come. He preaches that slavery was mutually beneficial to master and slave....sort of the same as Helen Zilles views on colonization benefiting Africa. No one would dare say the holocaust was beneficial to Jewish people...and imagine a German saying that. But people say these african pain because in line with thinking of oppression, Africans lives are not worth a whole lot

There's a legitimate concern that the asylum process is being abused, especially by South Asian and Somali criminal syndicates.
A nuanced judgement would have allowed the procedural exclusion of asylum seekers from countries with a known fraudulent application rate > 90%.
