Hey @freshbooks I was on hold twice. Each time for an hour only to be told by a recording that all your reps are busy and to email you or call back. Is this the service we can expect with the price increase? 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️
Whew. What can I say? #thankful

This thread is brilliant. We need to talk about nuances of ownership vs. usership. It’s BEEN time. Thank you @tatfig for leading us in. Twitter, the Penn Station of the Internet. Le sigh. (P.S. I agree with her re: the Knicks, so argue with yo mama 🤣💀)
Old Penn Station was a breathtaking entryway to NY and a free public space.
In 1963, business was down so it was sold and destroyed. The subsequent public reaction forever changed how we approach privately-owned public space.
(This is about Twitter) 👇
ALT Black and white photo of the main waiting room in Penn Station around when it opened in 1910. It’s mostly made of stone with huge vaulted ceilings held up by corinthian columns.

Hey @craigelloyd read your piece on smart bulbs vs. switches. Have some questions about my setup (lots of 3 and 4-gang switches). Can you help? Thanks!

@optimum On hold for over 90 minutes. And STILL never spoke to a rep. UNACCETPABLE for what you charge monthly.
I heard allegedly this is @AlticeUSA way of sending a message to people who are leaving for @hulu and @netflix that you need @optimum to do anything. Any confirmations of this?
