Iran is begging for US bomber attention... Dumb!!
Britain is investigating whether Iran was behind a suspected bomb plot targeting RAF Fairford, a key UK base used by the US during the Iran war and home to strategic US bombers, including B-52 and B-1B Lancer aircraft – The Telegraph.
UK investigators are examining several possibilities, including Russian sabotage and an Islamist plot, but an Iran-linked operation is currently considered the leading theory.
The investigation comes after 5 people were arrested and 3 vans carrying explosives were found just meters from the base. Sources say Iranian agents may have been directly involved rather than using proxies.
NATO's Mark Rutte said European military bases provided crucial support for US operations against Iran, with 5,000 aircraft taking off from allied bases in Europe to support the US campaign.

8 US Marines were injured on september 14 when an Iranian cruise missile struck a vessel carrying US military personnel in the Strait of Hormuz – NBC
US officials said the Marines were not seriously injured but suffered smoke inhalation and possible traumatic brain injuries.
US have not responded militarily to the attack so far.
Last time Iran attacked US warships, and the US responded with strikes on Iran's coast. Iran then hit a US base in Jordan, causing heavy damage to US military equipment, despite the US using around 80 interceptor missiles, costing roughly half a billion dollars.
