It's pretty obvious that the 'burst water main' on New Bridge Street below Holborn Viaduct is the again-rising Fleet River reclaiming its course. Nature has found a way.

The picture is of the river that was daylighted and recovered and well explained in the documentary @lostriversdoc which was stunning by the way can't compare The Gardiner to Seoul's daylighted river @WaterDocs – at Toronto, Ontario
