When we talk about teaching, we're talking about what adults will do.

Apparently, going "back-to-basics" is code for getting rid of educators!
Since 2019, the gov't has cut 5000 educators from #OntEd. They've made class sizes bigger to cut costs. Instead of investing in students, Ford shortchanges them at every turn! #OSSTF

Under the new formula, kindergarten will have to make do with 1,600 fewer staff. Grades 4 to 8 will have almost 1,000 fewer staff. Grades 9 to 12 will lose almost 2,600 positions. Table 1 below presents the board-by-board losses.

My last Lyft driver: I'm in awe of how people can understand math... I gave up on math after 8th gr.
I meet so many people who volunteer that they don't like/understand math, yet I still see some people vehemently advocate for teaching math the way that got us here.
