The SEC has officially filed a letter asking Judge Analisa Torres to approve the settlement with Ripple.
Ripple will pay $50 million, and the remaining escrow funds will be returned to the company.
They’re also requesting the injunction against Ripple be lifted.
The Ripple vs. SEC case is officially over.
A new chapter begins for $XRP.

The SEC will also ask Judge Torres to lift the ‘obey the law’ injunction she imposed on Ripple in addition to the fine.
