The first paid customer is a VP at a 1,000+ ppl company who came for an agentic use-case of the product (exactly as intended) and I'm freaking out.
First sale! A bit more than a month since my experimental project launch. The idea is to take a dead simple SaaS and make it work without me.
The first paid subscriber came direct, I assume this is from AI recommendations - we are well-visible now for the prompts we prioritize.
I'm not yet completely hands off but the content factory is running without my supervision:
1) Claude takes ideas from GSC and Bing Webmaster + news scans + whatever Grok Bot puts on Linear from our research and discussions
2) It then uses my content skills to create pages in various formats (not just blog)
3) It then prepares posts for social media, including reels and some shitty micro-drama (it gets 100ds of views on YouTube with 0 subs)
4) It then schedules them on social
5) It then measures the results (all tiny so far) and then feeds them back into the step 1
I put my time into supervising small creators outreach for collaboration. One person has already created about 4 lessons using my tools as a node in their recipes (absolutely free for me).
Thanks to @wickedguro for the brain - I use it alongside my own every day.

Next milestone is $39 MRR to pay for my Postiz plan

Continuing with the project:
- automated content, the main format is docs and helpful pages, blog posts every other day - all with Blastra skills which I'm planning to open-source
- added daily social posting with Postiz, and the brand YouTube channel with 0 subscribers has generated about 500 views in less than a week (I don't have an idea what's being published, but it works and I may have a look later to replace the content with someone that actually makes sense)
- Launched on several launch directories, but seeing traffic from @_FoundrList and @Peerlist only
- AI does recommend the brand for "[category name] for AI agents", and it takes info from G2 and SourceForge where the software is listed (via Blastra) and already has reviews from the free subscribers
Since I'm not much hands on in this project, next week, I'll have time to develop an AI character who I want to use for social. Will try to upgrade the micro-drama and want to use it for reading the docs pages out loud for the YouTube channel (for now, getting inspired here findra.art )
Days after the founder shared how lean and fast-growing they are, Railway is having a major security incident. And users write that it's not the first one in the past months. So maybe 40 people is not enough to oversee a product with such scale.
An urgent notice from the Railway team

Please send an email whether we (your customers) should be doing anything.
Claude is finally giving birth to a personal agent Duet. It's made for work and is the wait-list is already open.
Wil see if it will replace my army of Grok Bots.
Grok @bot is amazing at reaching out to people for partnerships. I've a number of loops that run daily - research, put on board, sort, prioritize, reach out from my inbox. Each email is custom and people reply.

Aren't we back there now with AI + social media creating entrepreneurs who promise miracles, share fake results and ride the FOMO wave?

Would you consider the vibe-coded alternative by @marclou?
About time someone disrupts booking.com Just please add a loyalty program and allow people to migrate with their booking level
To make it a bit more clearer what Hotelist does to show you the real ratings of hotels, instead of the inflated ratings from booking sites
I've added this toggle for @afonsolfm as he didn't understand what was the point
On booking sites this hotel below would look good or great based on the ratings (except maybe Yelp), like an 8.8/10 must be great?
When we take the average range of ratings on each booking site though, for example 4.2 to 5 and then take its hotel rating of 4.5, we can then discover the real rating of the hotel by normalizing it inside that range
Then we end up with a rating of 1.88/5, very different right?
So that's how you can find real ratings of hotels on Hotelist! 🙏

Accent and bg colors made me think of Claude and then I thought that I already have the tool that helps me achieve more (Claude). I'd consider a different branding so that there's no associations with major players
