For all FCP clinicians remember Wells score is not a definite ruling out of DVT. Recent 0 wells score, healthy fit 44 year old and d dimer 1798 and 2 clots on USS. Strong family history of stroke/PE/DVT but this is not part of the Wells criteria #fcp #physiotherapy @PhysioMACP
