How to turn one static ad into 3 video concepts: 1. Open GetHookd. 2. Choose your niche + country. 3. Filter for active image ads. 4. Use the MCP to pull ads with 1,500+ characters of copy. 5. Read for specific situations, failed fixes and buying objections. This WAMA ad’s copy mentions: - Ball deodorant every morning. - Standing in front of the AC after a long drive. - Packing spare underwear for 3pm. Each is an opening scene a creator can film. Brief those three scenes separately, then show the product’s role in each.

"LinkedIn outreach is a numbers game." Wrong. LinkedIn caps you at 400 connection requests... So you technically cannot send your way out of a bad list. (the way you can on cold email) So the only thing left to improve is who you send to. We hit these numbers campaign after campaign with the same playbook: • 40-50% acceptance rates • 15-25% reply rates • 10-15% positive reply rates There are 3 parts: 1) Targeting: build the list off one job title and a headcount filter and you burn all 400 requests for nothing. 2) DMs: We send exactly two DMs and stop if there’s no reply. More follow-ups do not rescue a list that was wrong at request one. 3) Campaign setup: the day-by-day timing, the sequencing, and the exact daily limits that keep you off LinkedIn's blacklist. Fix the targeting first. Then 400 is plenty.

How to find what killed your sales call in ~10 minutes: 1. Start at the END and watch the close first. 2. Jump to the first 5 minutes and listen for tonality and frame: does the prospect believe the seller, and who holds the higher status in the prospect's head? 3. Run the question check. Is the seller asking the right questions, in the right order, at the right time? 4. Run the precision check. Is the seller letting the prospect get away with vague, hand-wavy answers? That's poor discovery discipline, and it almost always kills the deal. 5. Watch the presentation LAST. The pitch goes last because it's almost NEVER the problem. 90%+ of the time, the problem is in discovery. Bookmark this for your next sales call review.

7 things nobody is willing to do when setting up an outbound campaign: 1) Splitting campaigns by time zone > Everyone knows they should do it but most are too lazy to segment leads and actually do it > Be better than most people. Don’t be lazy and segment by timezone if targeting globally 2) Picking up the phone the moment a prospect shows interest > The call goes out within 5 minutes of the positive reply, and the email reply goes out in that same window > At volume, that only works if someone owns the routing and gets the notification 3) Waiting for 1,000 prospects per variant before picking a winner > Each variant changes ONLY 1 thing, so you know which variable impacted the result 4) Segmenting only on what you can actually see > Titles, tools used, hiring signals, geography, company size and visible initiatives > If you can't verify it, don't build a segment on it 5) Making every follow-up add something new > New proof, more context, a clearer next step, or a routing question > Wrong person? Ask who the right one is, and a dead end turns into a referral 6) Keeping a record of every touch > Re-contacts get scheduled on purpose, with the scripts rotated > A clean log means nobody gets the exact same email twice 7) Write case studies to highlight the metric your buyers care about > Dentists count booked patient appointments > HVAC owners count installation jobs and service calls By the way, I write about what’s working in outbound every week. If that's useful to you, shoot me a follow.

imagine 276 people raising their hand for an offer you've NEVER run before. we got exactly that in 30 days for a client launching a brand-new offer. there was no old campaign to copy from AND no past data to learn from. the numbers: • 45,804 emails sent • 1,001 replies • 276 interested in 30 days my team ran the cold email for them end to end. this is the same process we used to book over 4,000+ calls for our clients in the past year. want to see if it’s a fit for your company? book a call with our team here: calendly.com/growthflare-io/…

i've sent 10s of millions of cold emails. 4 steps in my process that involve claude code: 1) verify the list FIRST Apollo data comes back anywhere from 50% to 65% valid. email the dead addresses and the bounces get your domain flagged. rebuilding that trust takes 3 to 6 months. 2) make Claude cap every email at 80 words anything longer is probably getting deleted. the prospect should get through the whole thing on a phone without scrolling. 3) send 15-20 a day per inbox, with open tracking OFF 15 to 20 is the top end i'd recommend if you want the inbox to last. the tracking pixel trips spam filters more than people realise, and reply rate is the better signal anyway. 4) let the results pick which segments to scale once there's data, i hand Claude the campaign stats, plus each prospect's tech stack and growth signals. so it can see which kinds of company are replying. winners get scaled, the rest get cut.

Marketing isn’t about being the best. It’s about being first. Or being the most different. Or being the most loud in the space. In a perfect world? All 3!

I genuinely don't understand why every business owner isn't doing this yet. Grok Bot can do SEO like a $10,000/month agency. here's the exact setup (takes 4 minutes): 1. give Grok Bot the article below with all prompts 2. give it access to your website, Google Business Profile and competitors you are done. thank me later.

What a lot of brands don’t realize is that their consumer often changes during sale periods, especially major ones like Black Friday. Leading up to that moment, you have to reengage past BFCM purchasers through smarter segmentation and intentional messaging. For a lot of our apparel brands specifically, the gender mix changes drastically think a man or woman buying something for their significant other. It’s important to make sure you’re speaking to that demo, reactivating them, and incentivizing them to repurchase.

Family first, no work travel. That’s the rule I built the whole business around. And every December, it gets tested. In the bookkeeping businesses, the holidays are our busiest stretch of the year. Year-end closes land right when everyone wants to be off. Clients need clean books before the deadline. The work piles up in the exact weeks I most want to be at the table, not the laptop. That used to cost me evenings working with our bookkeeping team and the operator to make sure clients are happy. This year I am trying to get those nights back. I handed the repetitive part of the holidays to a team of AI agents in Symphony. I told @Symphony_co_ how one of my businesses actually runs. It learned the setup and built me a small team. Margo on finance. Rhys on research. Nova on outreach. And because it’s the holidays, I added Dex on support, for the client questions that flood in every December. Then I connected the tools the team already lives in. QuickBooks, Slack, Google Sheets. Then I closed the laptop and spent the evening with my family. Here’s what I came back to the next morning: 11:38 PM: Margo ran a batch of reconciliations. Flagged the ones that didn’t tie out, cleared the rest. 12:49 AM: Rhys reviewed client accounts for anything odd before close. One note in Slack, the rest fine. 3:14 AM: Dex worked through a stack of “will my books be done before the holidays” messages. 7:05 AM: Nova had a follow-up drafted for a lead who went quiet last week. Waiting on my yes. A whole night of year-end work, done. Sitting in the same Google Sheet my team opens with their coffee. And I didn’t give up a single evening of the season to get it. I’ve spent years building a portfolio. The lesson underneath all of it is the same. You don’t scale by doing more yourself. You scale with good operators. This is the closest thing I’ve found to an operator that takes the night shift through the holidays and never asks for the day off. Try Symphony free when you’re ready. No credit card to start.
